Dr. Schaeffer was amazing! If you have anxiety or panic, he’s the person you need to go to. I went to many people over the years for my anxiety and panic attacks and he was the first one to treat me with care, respect, and most importantly, effective treatment. He’s got a great sense of humor and helped me find laughter even with all the stress. I’ve been largely anxiety free for the first time in years thanks to him.

I struggled with insomnia for nearly a year after having my second child. I had read books and tried solving the problem on my own and nothing was working. I was starting to think I would never sleep normally again. Dr. Schaeffer helped me get back on track and after just a few sessions I was regularly sleeping 6-7 hours or more a night (compared to a max of 5 hours with several 2-3 hour nights every week). I feel like a new person. I really enjoyed working with Dr. Schaeffer and I only wish I had found him sooner!
