I was very glad that I found a Physical Therapy that is convenient (to my work location) and glad they had appointments straight away. A few things really bothered me: 1. Ethics - I doubt the ethics. Charges and the services are totally insane, higher than what my Primary Care Physician does. I wonder what and how these Physical Therapists here base the rates on. Totally ridiculous. I was charged $316 for less than an hour of therapy on Apr 6 which included a warm up on the machine and unattended no-use-heating pad application on the WRONG spot. Where are the ethics and how does it make sense? 2. When requested to speak to a manager, I was told that the receptionist was the manager and denied me to speak to any person who can justify the charges. The same manager/receptionist had earlier guestimated that a session would cost around $190. 3. No wonder the insurance costs are skyrocketing when providers like these charge so poorly. I am a professional and I would not discourage people from going here but hoping these professionals would behave and deal professionally as well. Good luck to all those who go here.

I, too, feel you should beware! I would give no star if I could write a review with no star. Maggie, a physical therapist, gave me therapeutic massages on my feet during a physical therapy session. I felt a lot of pain in my feet when she was massaging my feet. It has been four weeks since the painful massages and I still feel a lot of pain in both feet along with inflammation. I feel the massages that Maggie gave me made my condition far worse in my left foot that was recovering from an injury and caused pain and inflammation in my healthy right foot.

I love this new location (no parking fee) plus the staff is great. My therapist is wonderful knows her stuff.

Therapy was good but the parking lot is a mess. Also always ended up paying $1.50 for parking even with validation.
