This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I checked to see if they accepted my insurance online and made an appointment online. When I went in they told me the provider they put me with did not accept my insurance and it would be out of pocket (but I have dual insurance, so there was no way I would see a provider who takes no insurance). The front desk girl was very rude and has been all three times I’ve been there. I was reappointed another provider, Juan, a few weeks later who did take my insurance. Now for my second visit with this provider, no one called to cancel or confirm my appointment. Juan tells me that my appointment didn’t show up on his schedule although he remembers making the appointment but he has someone else here and can I wait 30 minutes because they double booked him. There is no way to contact Erica Sartwell the office manager and when you call the office no one answers and you are forced to leave a message with no return call. I would not recommend this place, ever. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized with no way to contact management.

I guess I just got paired with the wrong person. I came here seeking help with my post partum depression & left with a website address to information about love languages because apparently dealing with my marriage instead of the bond with my children should matter more. Waste of time, will not return or recommend.

The people here are awesome! I've been coming to see Erica for over a year for anxiety and depression and she's a fantastic therapist. The people at check in are really friendly and they genuinely care.

I had my second therapy session today with Juan Milla. I have easily seen at least 15-20 different therapists my whole life. I have had a really difficult time trying to find a therapist that I clicked with. I am so happy I found CoVA and booked with Juan. In just the two sessions I’ve had, he’s made a tremendous impact on how I feel. He’s patient, he listens, asks thought provoking questions and he is spot on! He also doesn’t treat you like “just another patient.” I finally found a therapist that’s a good fit for me! Also, the staff is very friendly and the waiting room feels so relaxing. I look forward to my future sessions. Hands down, 5 stars!
