I have had health complications for many years of my life and have been through multiple health care practitioners. Most of the time I felt my health was neglected and my voice unheard with a general sense of disinterest in my well being. I originally sought care from physical therapist Holly Spence at Cornerstone Physical Therapy whom helped tremendously restore my muscle imbalances. She later looked beyond the scope of her practice to further my improvement and referred me to Dr. Dara Chira Chira Orthodontics. I continued to take great strides after a thorough evaluation and consultation with Dr. Chira. In addition to my muscle imbalances and TMJ symptoms I was experiencing digestive issues and was then referred to Dr. Gayle Myers. As with Holly and Dr. Chira I found Dr. Myers to listen, was sympathetic and presented me with a specific and individualized care plan. What I have learned since is that these three practices commonly work together for a holistic approach to healthcare that has been highly effective. I have felt better than I have in many years. I am able to return to school, work, and life with continually improving health. I hope others can experience the benefits that I have encountered from my "Dream Team!"
