They bring you straight to voicemail when you talk to a front desk. And when I missed their call and called them back about it THEY HUNG UP ON ME. This place isn't worth it. And completely rude

Counselor stopped reaching out and went completely MIA. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL as I have contacted the front desk and the most they can do is give me a voicemail of a person I'm not able to reach (how is that supposed to help) I was finally given the voicemail of the "manager" but that was weeks ago. They eventually have been sending my number straight to automated message when I call as if they are tired of my inquiries. Maybe if someone would do their jobs. No counseling center who claims to care about its patients would leave one in the blind for almost a year. Avoid this place as they don't care of the well being of those who need help. Seek guidance elsewhere as theyre counselors and rest of staff is neglectful to their appointments and contacting them in general. A waste of my time and an unnecessary stressor in my life. Luckily Fidelis covered my useless appointments.

Been good so far but always answering machine, today I have a lot of issues and I need to talk to someone I hope councilor calls back asap. The staff was nice when asking me to turn down my music in there.

Staff is very rude, as if doing the job they were hired for is an inconvenience. Fact is it's your job, you signed up for it, own it. If it wasn't for patients you wouldn't have a job and a paycheck. Customer service should be a priority. If you dislike your job it doesn't mean you can be rude, disrespectful and condescending.
