All Wellness Pilates classes have been literally a life saver for me! I started attending classes 10 years ago, when they first opened, and can’t imagine stopping, based on how much they’ve helped me. Developing my core muscles was crucial for relieving my chronic back pain and other spinal and nerve issues created by practicing and performing. I walk out of each class feeling an inch taller than when I walked in, and ready for the day ahead. The instructors are very patient, professional, and well-informed. I’d recommend All Wellness to anyone, without hesitation!
