--The reason I went to this office in the first place was because I was having postpartum depression issues. The "therapist" I spoke to ended up using the appointment to tell me about how awful it was to counsel bitter married couples, and how hard her life was--her double ovens and car stopped working the same weekend. The only advice she gave me was to eat protein (which I was already doing) and to work out (which I was also doing). I left the office feeling frustrated and unheard. I also had PLENTY of issues with the billing office. I could not get a hold of the person in charge of billing, and when I finally did she accused me of lying about leaving voicemails for her. Despite the assurance that they had sent a claim to my insurance company, there is no record of any kind of claim--approved or denied--at any time. There is no way I would recommend this office to ANYONE.

Brian is an awesome therapist. He helped with his EMDR therapy and he is just wise. He knew what to tell me as I was confused about things in my marriage and I was overdoing things in my work and life. Thanks

I felt the counselors me and my daughter saw worked hard to help us through our issues. They tried many different ways to approach the problems. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and caring.

The therapist I saw was good, but the billing process here was such a hassle it was worse than never going in for the therapy sessions. They messed up the bill with my insurace for 6 months. I called repeatedly and no one was ever helpful with it. The bill eventually went to collections even though it was supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance. I have to work with a lawyer now to get it off my credit because of Redwood Therapy's screwup.

Brian is amazing. He's helped me in ways that have changed my life. I'm eternally thankful to him for that. One thing that I really appreciate about him is that he won't force methods on you that you're not comfortable with. Also, the front desk ladies are wonderful. They've always been so friendly and helpful.
