I’ve had 3 children come here for therapy over a 20 year span. I highly recommend Dr. Hyde, he helped us learn how to parent our defiant child and I truly believe it saved our relationship with our son. Now he’s helping my daughter through her life changes after multiple surgeries.

Highly unprofessional staff. The whole experience caused me more anxiety than my actual issue. They kept "accidentally" charging me for tests that were unnecessary, and they charged me for a follow up appointment for which they previously called me and confirmed that it would not be charged. The kids that work in there look like teenagers and dress unprofessionally.

I've never been so impressed by an entire office. There's usually one person that kind of ruins it at drs offices. But not here, every single person there is one of a kind. The staff at the front desk are truly amazing, compassionate, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. They remember even the little things that make a difference. Every therapist that I've meet with is equally as amazing. They have worked as a team and are helping me to better my life. They go above and beyond. I believe I'm not just another patient, and that they sincerely care about everyone that they see. You won't find a better team anywhere else.

I love this clinic! The front office let me know when my insurance didn't cover my appointments and worked with me every step of the way. The therapist was kind and truly cared about me and helped me. It makes me sad to see the negative reviews, but it is a mental health clinic so I understand why there would be. I would definitely recommend them though! They work with you when you work with them.

From the first visit I could tell Randy Hyde pours his heart and soul into taking his responsibility as a psychologist very seriously. His attentiveness is unlike I've ever seen in the counseling world and I recommend him to anyone who wants real solutions to complex problems. It's easy to tell he truly cares by how connected he is in each session and by his complete focus on wanting to help create lasting change. In my experience, it seems most therapist barely get through the day with an overwhelming number of cases and that has left me wondering if the therapist is even listening let alone if they have the energy to mentally invest in their patients. If you have felt the same, then you gotta meet with Randy Hyde because he is very different.

My experience with Dr Hyde for my son with severe medicine resistant ADHD and ODD has been super helpful for me as a parent. I feel supported even when I'm messing up. I feel strengthened when I come here. Dr Hyde makes me feel like a rock star and not falsely. He doesn't just heap undeserved praise but does point out where I am succeeding and cheers me on when I'm out of steam. He gives realistic parenting advice and is not puffed up in his own pride. The wait to get in is atrocious but that's because they are popular BUT they will schedule you for 6 sessions at a time so you can have consistent therapy. My son likes him and he's patient in explaining things to my son. My son still struggles because his genes make medicine not work as well. But I can handle it better and slowly he is growing. We had a break for 3-4 weeks at Christmas and I could tell the difference. Once we had the stomach flu when we woke up. We got zero guff about cancelling our 9 am appointment at 9:05 am. No missed appointment fees because we couldn't have forseen it. My son's difficulties made us late a couple times and we were not shamed but supported for consistent parenting. Sure our session was shorter but stilll....I didn't want to write this review honestly because I don't want them to be more busy but they have earned it.

Love this clinic! It's a friendly environment and everyone who works there is very helpful, honest, and kind. I feel like I hit a home run with Dr. Hyde. The knowledge and experience he has with helping others through difficult times is simply amazing, and he shares what he knows in many awesome ways! He's made me feel better about myself when I feel that the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I would highly recommend him and the clinic overall. It's small but it's the perfect size to get the right amount of attention you need and deserve, and they do their best to help you through the difficult times, both small and large.

Very rude staff. The receptionist was condescending and wanted me to take responsibility for the office's scheduling issues. Never got to the point of having an appointment with them. Hoping they don't send me a bill anyways....

Good doctors but poor staff in office. After two visits they said my insurance didn't cover anything which should have been figured out before. When I was filling out insurance information they called me in, so I asked if I needed to finish filling it out. They said no, and that they just need my insurance card which they never asked me for. Again doctors are great but the staff in the office needs to figure out insurance info before they make all the charges on an account.

Good parking lot. The rest sucks. The psychologist saw my son for 5 mins and nothing else was said so I canceled the next appointment. Never sent a bill them I got a summons from the court to pay 460 dollars for a bill for bad service. When I called the receptionist guy gave me attitude. So if you have any mental disorder go somewhere else or you will come out of there worst than you came in... I got a response from the Owner defending her Nasty employee. If this place was so good it would have a 5 Star rating. All it really has is some lazy employees and counselors like the one who attended my sons needs. Please lady save your respond to this edit.... this place is a joke. But good parking though...
