For years we had been trying to work with the school district to help us understand what was wrong with our son, but was getting no where. We went looking for help and found Dr. Jennifer Cardinal. She went above the call of duty on testing our son. She was able to finally explain to us what was wrong and why he was struggling in everything. She gave us direction to resources to help us deal with his diagnosis and even joined us in an IEP meeting with the school district. Jennifer Cardinal is truly trying to help improve the lives of her patients! Thank You Dr. Cardinal, you are wonderful.

Worst experience I have ever had! Cannot bill correctly to save their lives, get a 100 bill in the mail when you call them to pay it the next day it magically turns into 600 then a month later get another 600 dollar bill which doesn't make sense with the sessions we have had. Therapists not showing up, or if they do show up always being late, being told by therapists that they put inexperienced people on our case on purpose because he's young he must be easy, being asked how much our house was worth by unprofessional therapist that gave more candy and chips to my child in a couple hours session than I have given him all month. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, having a special needs child is hard enough without unreliable service.

The person we met with rescheduled twice with very short notice. When we finally had an appointment, they were scatter brained and kept checking their phone during the appointment. Our child has been diagnosed with a serious issue and as parents, we are just hoping to get them the help they need. It was so disheartening to see that they just didn't care. Unprofessional and apathetic.
