Therapist in AF was amazing.... 5 stars to her. Handling of our account from Kaysville, not so much. The final straw(s) were: - my card being charged without my consent, though I had arranged for calls when billing got figured out. - they charged me a no show fee for being stuck in traffic!! They didn’t answer when I called, had no way to contact after hours. My 25 minute drive was 45 minutes.....out of my control. Owner denied the refund. Unprofessional
