This place is horrible! Through the military they assigned us a counselor and we saw her about 8 times and all of a sudden the place was trying to make us pay for it instead of billing our insurance. They wouldn't say why or answer any of our questions. We called our insurance and they said they haven't heard a word from them or got any papers. This place just sucks all together they won't explane anything and are just very disrespectful they tried to get us to switch between people so many times but we kept telling them no because we wanted to see the same person we saw before we lost our daughter. They don't work with you at all!!

I am pretty depressed, suicidal, and broke, etc. My counselor seemed worried about me being too depressed butttttttttt I don't qualify for the spend down because my roommate makes too much. Thanks for saving me mentally ill. This is not a place for resources if you're broke. (Even though that's what they advertise.) I was really hoping for help. Gotta pay the big man though... not all poor people are treated equal.

Simply awful. Stay far away from these "counselors," especially Curtis Watson, the director. I saw him for several sessions, and he was insulting and condescending.

Please don't listen to the review above. If you don't feel your counselor is effective, don't hesitate to ask them to change who you are working with. This place in a non profit, So honestly they're here to help you if you need it. If you're looking for help. They can if you're willing to put forth the effort. If they can't they have many resources they can refer you to to get the care you need.
