IT IS COMPLETELY HORRIBLE AND RIDICULOUS THAT HAVE PLACED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS WITH ZERO CALL BACKS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK. MY SON HAS AN APPOINTMENT THERE AND ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS VERIFY IF THEY RECEIVED HIS INFO BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS. I'm honestly dreading the appointment but i cant reschedule because it took forever to get this one.
