I was very impressed with ever member of the staff we encountered during the process. It was very professional and organized. We had testing done with another doctor that went horrible. There are very few testing centers like this so our first time taught us exactly what we didn’t want. We were so happy when we sat down with Dr. Jones on the first visit. She walked through the entire process, explained what she needed from us, my sons mother and the schools. My son said (after his first visit) that he liked the process much better than the first time. Every child is different, every test is different so I would encourage parents to really ensure the process that’s best for their young one. I can truly say I’m very happy with this office and the team that Dr. Jones has in place. As we are still working within the testing process we are very excited to see the results. I’m confident that we will get excellent feedback!!!

This place is AMAZING!! Words cannot describe how much Dr. Jones and her staff have helped my family. Having been to several therapist before finding JCCTA I can tell you this place is the real deal. They truly have the child's best interest at heart and work very hard with the whole family to resolve issues. Dr. Jones and her staff ,especially her front office staff, have gone above and beyond for our family on numerous occasions. JCCTA has helped my whole family become happier healthier people both mentally and physically. I highly recommend JCCTA to anyone.

I was referred to this center by my child’s behavioral specialist. When I called to make an appointment to enroll my child in their social skills class, I was told I would have to be put on a waitlist for the next enrollment date but in the meantime to fill out all of the new patient registration forms online. They told me it would be about a two month wait. I filled out all paperwork online and confirmed they received it. I then called back two months later to see if it was almost time for enrollment and they told me they were in the process of making phone calls, and that I should be getting one soon. I waited...and waited..and WAITED, and never got a call. I called them AGAIN and was told the class had already been filled!!! But I should get a call once they start enrollment for the next class!!!!! It was been over five months now and nobody ever called me. That goes to show me they can’t do their job right and gives me a very bad impression of them!!

Dr Davis is one of the most amazing professionals I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She is nothing short of incredibly loving, nurturing and thorough. She treats your child as if they are her own and really puts her heart into what she does. Not only is she well educated, she goes above and beyond in everything she does. I would advise anyone wanting their child to be tested for cognitive reasons, or any other reason to do their research. Ask what types of tests are used and about the experience of the psychologists doing the testing. The "doctors" at the Jones Center have little experience in diagnosing. Sandra Davis basis much of her diagnosis on child drawings. If a child chooses dark colors or adds creativity to a colored picture, she has a diagnosis for that child. It's really kind of creepy that an inexperienced psychologist feels that she can diagnose a child based on a child-like drawing. Beware!

We had done our Testing/Diagnosis elsewhere, but needed a place for my LO to get much needed Behavior Therapy. So many places in south DFW were full or didnt come across as professional to me. I came here hoping what was left was a decent place. I was pleasantly surprized here. They have a polite and professional staff(who are not playing on their smart phones!
