The staff was very rude and Dr. Quan seemed like she wasn't litening to my problems. I felt rushed; she was rude. A very poor attitude for a Psychiatrist. I would not recommend going there.

I finally decide to get help and they send my meds to a completely different pharmacy than what I told them to. So I call that pharmacy to try to get them to transfer it to my pharmacy and they have no meds or records of me. So I call them back and explain and they can't even understand me on the phone and she can't even help me. Not to mention the first time I called she was rushing me off the phone and I've already been trying to pick these meds up for a week and now this

Our first visit was great. Did not have to wait at all. Printed out all my paperwork at home so I did not have to sit there and do that. We were seen right away by Dr. McFarland. She is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful information for my daughter. My daughter was seeing another Dr at the time but we felt so comfortable there we made the decision to switch and keep her here. Thumbs up to everyone there.

I always like to wait awhile before I do a review and after 3 or four visits I've got to say that this is my favorite local psychiatric service now, comparing 3 different local ones. I got assigned to a super nice and knowledgeable physician's assistant because i am stable on my current meds. I suppose that i would have been set up with one of their psychiatrists if a diagnosis/assessment was needed or if a change in medication was needed. The PA takes her time to evaluate how I've been doing since the last visit. She's a kind and caring person, and I think that is important in any business setting but it is critical in this one. The front desk people are really easy to work with and very helpful. Please note that psychiatrists generally don't do talk therapy anymore. Some people also need psychotherapy and, although I've never been to one, scientific studies show that psychotherapy is often very effective. Some people need both drugs and therapy to reach their optimal state. Do the right things and you'll do a lot better and be more effective.

Excellent facility, clean, calm, friendly staff. The provider listened to me clearly explain myself. Asked detailed questions and provided excellent feedback and made what I believe to be the most remarkable adjustments. I had been seeking a second opinion for some time and I feel I found a provider I can trust.

Our experience has been a combination of the other 1 star reviews. Location changed on us AND we managed to get to the new location within 10 minutes of the appointment time to have the PA cancel (still in the phase of trying to find a balanced medication combination). The staff seems to have extreme difficulty returning phone calls. I can’t help but feel price gouged at every turn for minimal adjustments that could be made over the phone. The physicians are still refusing to provide more than a month’s medication at the 6 month mark @$125 per appointment after the initial appointment being $250. We’ve had glimmers of hope and we might have found some medications that are effective for treatment, but the overall experience has been awful. The customer service at the office has been more than adequate, but the physicians themselves are curt, cold, and do NOT put the patient first.

I recently had my first visit. She was the most compassionate and caring psychiatrist I have had. She listened and she is the first one to make me overall feel better! Please choose this place. The friendswood location! I didn't have a great experience at the Pearland clinic.

Very expensive and will not prescribe you the medication that you need. If you want someone to talk with and something prescribed that will take weeks to work, if it does at all, this your place. My opinion, stay away.

Called all day for an appointment. Either no answer or answering service says they will call back. I have a schizophrenic I desperately need appointment for been 9ff meds since moving to Texas.

I tried another psychiatrist down the street and was so over the way things had gone at that office . I was told to try this office. I wanted to wait till my first visit to write a review. To see how we both felt after. It was a nice surprise. We both felt comfortable. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is when I called to book. Lady in the phone was a little short with me. Otherwise my daughter and I liked the place.
