Johnna is the most amazing person I have had the pleasure to work. She is exactly the kind of professional that you would want to work, especially with something as important as buying a house. She is incredibly responsive to calls, texts, e-mails. I can't understand how this super woman can provide this level of attention to all of her clients, but she really is that good. The most striking quality that Johnna has is that she truly cares about her clients. My husband and I had a very unique situation that made the process of buying our home incredibly stressful, but she was our main supporter to get us through it. It was a near disaster due to my incredibly incompetent loan officer who botched every step of the process. On top of that, I felt very pressured by my loan officer to buy a house out of the price range my husband and I already decided was appropriate for our current stage in life. She tried to pre-approve us for ~$400,000 loan, but we just wanted around $175,000. The loan officer even went as far as to tell Johnna that we could potentially qualify for as high as $400,000 to have her convince us as well. However, Johnna completely understood and respected our wishes. She did not pressure us in any way. She was truly invested in helping us find our perfect first home and was an incredible resource of information for every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help correct the errors of our terrible loan officer. If it weren't for Johnna, I would have given up and tried again the next year. So many disasters happened, none of which had anything to do with Johnna's side of things, but yet she made it a priority to assist us in any way she could. We had to extend the contract with the seller because the loan officer was taking forever to get the loan approved. We agreed $2000 option fee that would be credited to the sale price of the house as long as our loan was approved. Johnna was so good to negotiate and ensure that for us in official documents. I couldn't believe that the seller agreed to it honestly since the extension was an inconvenience to her, but I guess the seller's realtor didn't explain it well. The seller could see how amazing Johnna was compared to her own realtor, who seemed to be dropping the ball a lot. The seller ended up trying to fire her realtor and hire Johnna, which was obviously out of the question. When we finally were to meet with the seller to sign the closing papers, the seller was going to be an hour late and was about to try to fight us for the $2000 option fee to not be credited to the sale price. Johnna didn't make us wait for the seller and wanted to protect us from having to engage in a battle with the seller about a moot point. Johnna arranged for us to be in separate rooms, I signed all of the papers in peace. Johnna wanted me to have a happy memory of signing the papers for my first house. I really appreciated that. She is the best possible person we could have found to be our realtor. Thank you Johnna for being amazing!

Johnna is an amazing realtor and person overall! Anything you need or want, she will fight and get it for you. She takes no for an answer. She made the home buying process go smoothly and is very experienced. Many people think buying a home is overwhelming (yes, it can), but having a realtor like Johnna makes it much easier. Having her as a realtor takes alot of stress off of you. Since I am a first time home buyer, she walked me through every step and was patient with me when i asked alot of questions. Her experience, patience, customer service, and ambition speaks for itself. In a little over a week, I should be closing on my first home thanks to Johnna. Johnna is a blessing in disguise...I was so overwhelmed and distraught before being referred to Johnna. As soon as I spoke to her I knew she was the truth and I have not lost a minute of sleep since. She explains everything in a way that the average Joe can understand but what I love the most is how she just stepped in and took control with a professional but friendly disposition. While I know I am not I often feel as if I am her only client which is extremely important when making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Honestly I am 200% sure I will still reach out to her long after this process ends and that speaks volumes about who Johnna is as a person.
