What is the point in having a front desk receptionist if she can't even schedule appointments ?? I had to wait a week before i heard from the doctor himself to schedule an appointment. On top of that, doctor wahl called me at 8:30pm to schedule an appointment ?! No thanks... next please.

I had become very ill with a chronic illness . My life had changed overnight . The pain on top of everything else was horrible . I had bad experiences with others in this area . Dr . Wahl has been very understanding and uplifting with these struggles . He may call late due to other clients he sees . I am in this field . We must understand that there are other clients besides ourself . He does his own scheduling , he wants the responsibility of his clients . That's a caring Dr! He even checks on them ! Gene is great ! If your looking for a compassionate Dr , who will put your care first and actually listen . This is place. Other physicians tend to overlook it , only listen to what they believe , or not get around to it .

They cater to the military and are contracted for referral services from Tricare, yet when a military member gets ordered to do something that ends up taking a lot longer than planned due to unforseen circumstances; forcing the soldier to cancel their appointment, he is charged $100 for canceling less than 24 hours in advance. If you're going to cater to the military, you need to understand that sometimes things come up that we have no control over and this policy of yours forces some of them to have to choose been a potentially cater ending article 15 for ignoring orders and going to their appointment and not having enough food for their family because $100 of grocery money is now going to that fee.

Dr. Brad Evans was the first person to formally diagnose me with PTSD connected to military sexual trauma. He was excellent and super knowledgeable in the Disorder. He even had me take several tests that determined the severity of the disorder. Because of his evaluation (and lobbying on behalf of my congressman) I was able to get VA disability. Since I left the military in December 2013, my life basically revolves around going to medical appointments and medications, so it kinda changed for the worse, but now I know why. Thanks, Dr. Evans. Knowing why my life became worse has given me the tools to make improvements that can help me become better with time.
