He gave us a very thorough diagnosis with his testing. It was a very clear and concise report ( a lot of other professionals in our son's treatment have made these declarations) We plan to retest with him soon as our son grows older.

Dr. Falkstein's testing and resulting diagnosis of our kiddo was very thorough. The professionals who conducted the tests made my son feel comfortable, I knew he was in good hands. My son now sees a therapist under Dr. Falkstein named Dawn Mckinney, and we absolutely adore her!! She has worked wonders with him and continues to do so!!!

I started out happy with the Dr. until the day I went in for my results. The Dr. lied straight to my face about my insurance company giving him the wrong information and then informed me that I would be responsible for the over $900 worth of testing. 1. He didn't check the coverage with a person like he told me he did. If he had we would have known before the $2400 testing it wasn't covered 2. He knew weeks before I came in that the claim was denied and didnt call me. 3. I waited 3 weeks for the results after I paid out of pocket. He was very deceitful and even called and threatened to sue me over $180. I should have stuck with the Holiner Group they are honest and great with kids.
