You leave messages , they dont call back . You spend 5 minutes giving all your childs info and they say they will call back in 24-48 hours . They havent called me back and I will not call them as it I shouldnt have to chase them down . Red flag . Going elsewhere.

Would give no stars if possible this place did nothing for us they barely looked at my son said he had ADHD based off of a paper referred us to a place called step by step from there we called step by step 4 weeks left multiple messages no one ever called us back when I called to the office of dr. Charles Gutierrez and voiced my concerns they told me there was nothing they could do to go back to my primary so I go back to my primary and they tell me there's nobody else that can help us these people are horrible please do not go here with your child I had an investigator at my door requesting to do an interview because she's investigating this man for Medicare fraud! This is the last place that I would ever take my child again it's taken us two years to finally find a clinic that might possibly help us. If you took the time to read this, do not go to Center for Health Care Services either they're just as bad the best option I can suggest is a place called clarity so far it seems they're going to do what they can to help my son. It's really defeating and disheartening how people seem to not even care they just want to put medicine in your face and shove you off either that or they look at you like that's all you want is medicine to keep your kid quiet for the parents out there that really are trying to get help for their children this is not the place you want to go please save yourself the heartache

Been waiting since Dec for insurance verification. Staff is horrible and full of excuses. It’s now 1-30 and still no call back no answer and no doc visit!!! Not sure what kind of office they run but I’m sure if went there the service will also be horrible.. looking for 4-5 star docs.. thank you google. Stay away!

Office is rude and inadiquate. No sympathy in regards to fathers who get left out of appointmets due to ex wifes. Separate appointment could not be made to discuss results. Not professional at all. Both parties should have been treated with the same curtosy especially when there is a major diagnosis to discuss.

I would put no stars if I could. The staff is rude and will put the finger in your face while they all huddle around the computer looking atFacebook. I showed up 45 mins early for my sons appointment and it's been over and hour since his appointment time and they are telling me I have another 45 mins. They over book like crazy. They have no sympathy that there are kids trying to sit here patiently even though they are here to be seen for lack of patience. They will close the window on you if you voice your concerns. The waiting area is tiny and smells and the floors arnt clean. I am not even sure how bad the doctor is yet since I have to wait over 2 hours to be seen. Dont come here. This place has a low rating for a reason.

*See UPDATE below* The wait is RIDICULOUS! 2+ hours of wait time just to see the doc for roughly 10 minutes. Oh ya, AND you have to pay for parking.... AND the bathrooms are disgusting. And the waiting room is dirty, floor is dirty, room stinks. I wish I could comment and say doc was great despite all this but I wouldn't know. Didn't spend enough time with him. UPDATE: My child has had 2 visits with him and on the second visit I spent roughly 15 minutes with the doctor. He was kind, patient, informative and attentive while I was talking to him. But it's very difficult to get the time to speak with him. We still waited 2+ hours to talk to him on this second visit. I'm changing my reviews to 3 instead of 2 stars because the time spent with the doctor was a good experience.

I would love to say something positive, if I could pull anything at all I would. I was given this number by my doctors office and told no referral was needed. So I called for an appointment 2 weeks ago. The lady was very polite, asked for all of my teenagers information, birthday, health insurance info, name, etc. She then mentioned she would verify everything and call back to schedule an appt. A few days went by but I understand businesses are busy so no problem. But I called back just now after 2 weeks of no call and was told to call back later just so they can look it up. Huh??? ... Ok... I am starting to believe that I've compromised my child's information. Not sure what is going on there, it just doesn't seem... Normal

I have such mixed feelings about this office. There were some WONDERFUL things about this practice but I feel that they’re overshadowed by all of the negative things. The clinicians were patient, thorough, and I was very pleased with the level of care we received. We only met with Dr. Gutierrez once, for less than five minutes. He was pleasant and explained the process to me. All subsequent times we visited the office- for the actual testing and evaluation - we saw another provider (I assume they have providers come in as independents due to the sheer number of patients this office sees) and he was also just as kind, and thourogh, and patient. The provider experience was excellent. THE AWFUL PARTS of the 4 visits we had at this office were • The waiting room is ALWAYS packed. Moms dads siblings and extended family of every patient. It’s usually standing room only, and patient confidentiality is out of the window because there are so many bodies crammed into the office. We had appointments in the morning and afternoon and time of day made no difference. • The waiting room smelled strongly of urine and sweat every single time we went. To the point of it being overpowering and overwhelming. It was absolutely disgusting. • The front desk staff have no regard for HIPPA, or customer service. They are short and snippy, and openly discuss patient information loud enough to be heard over the dim conversation. • No matter what time your appointment is, be prepared to wait at least an hour past that to even be seen. Follow up appointments are scheduled months out, so if you’re looking for a quick place to get the ball rolling on a diagnosis - this isn’t the practice for you. When questioned by patients, front desk staff was overheard saying “That’s what happens when you have Medicaid. If you want something for free, you’ll have to wait” •Appointments cancelled and rescheduled and overbooked with zero notice. • The waiting room is disgusting. • The waiting room is gross • The waiting room is DISGUSTING. The providers are fantastic, but the rest of the office could use MANY improvements.

Been waiting for a medical diagnosis for over 5mths...really bad experience having to wait for a evaluation. Took my son to a different doctor.

Complete waste of time. Sat in the office for 2 hours just to have a 10 minute conversation. Saying I needed to come back for anothet apt. To do testing. They DO NOT go by apts. And to top it all off. I was told to leave my number so they can call me in Dec to schedule for an apt.

I have left numerous voicemails and have been trying to get someone to call me back for two months luckily it’s not a life of death situation. Our appointments there were fine we had a small wait on the last appointment it seems that they over book, but what doctor doesn’t? The office staff doesn’t appear to be professional and papers get lost.

Visiting this office was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. The appointment times were over 3 hours, which I will admit, I was warned about. However, all of that time was spent with my child in the waiting room. I thought I would be waiting alone while he evaluated my child, but he saw my child for no more than 10 minutes at then end of two separate 3 hour long appointments. I'm not a professional psychologist by any means, but that did not seem like an adequate amount of time for a proper diagnosis. The staff wasnt very friendly or attentive either. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I had the worst experience at this office. The doc (Mr. Gutierrez) spent literally 4-5 mins with me. Proceeded to give an assessment that was judgemental and inaccurate. Asked me less than 5 questions. Then sent me on my way to the ladies in the front to schedule for next appointment. The staff screwed up appointment scheduling and when I came in for my next appointment, I was not in the schedule. Then they lied multiple lies within the same breath or sentence to cover their butts. No attempt was made to correct the situation. I called my insurance to see whats going on and they lied to the rep from my insurance company and then lied to me again. I called the lady out on it and she just said oh well. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SEARCHING FOR HELP. As if we have nothing better to do than to waste our time, energy, resources on a 4 min appointment and lies and disrespectful staff.
