The psychologists at DCCP helped me understand what I was feeling and change what wasn't working in my life. I think their approach of using assessment and therapy helped me a lot. I've tried therapy elsewhere and it felt kind of aimless, but knowing more about my personality through assessment helped make therapy more meaningful. I would definitely recommend them.
