Went to this clinic for an physical. MA's and front desk are great friendly very helpful.The PA on other hand is very rude with an aggressive nature. He started to rant yell at me during the exam process. I just departed facility and will be infoming the corporate office about the event.

The front office women are rude as hell if you're a woman. They don't acknowledge you especially Veronica Medina. Have no people skills or patient skills. Should not be in the front office. Do not like this place at all. Only person that treated you like a human in this place was the dr. But you're just a number and a billing code to them. And the wait time. Almost 3 hours. No good

Slow slow slow. Not sure what the point of having made an appointment was. More than two hours after the set appointment time....still waiting in the first waiting room. Ridiculous. No respect for people’s time. Do not recommend. Work hours lost because of their poor organizational skills. Not at all impressed.

Could barely understand him while he was talking because he was mumbling. Glad I only came here to get a physical - would not go here for treatment of anything.

I got there at 1pm for a drug test (urine only) and physical. The whole process shouldn’t have taken more than 45 minutes. I was there almost 4 hours!! I had to ask someone to do my drug screen so I could use the bathroom after being there almost 3 hours. It wasn’t even busy. People stood around and had nice little conversations instead of doing their jobs! It was ridiculous. I hope I never have to use a concentra clinic again!

I was there longer than I expected, but It wasn't Concentra's fault my company didn't send all of my paperwork I needed. So I had to wait longer to get the paperwork and fill it out. But other than that it went real quick and they very professional and courteous.

Simple physical and drug screen. Average wait time 6 or 7 hours..... At least tell people when they sign in that they will be waiting for nearly 8 hours. If you want to ruin your day, come to this place.

The staff were very nice and competent but there was a lot of workers compensation patients and I had a wait of 45 minutes I think they should have a separate side for Worker’s Comp. and a separate side for drug testing so you wouldn’t have to wait so long

Rude, dismissive, pushy, unprofessional. Their records were inaccurate, had my personal and employer information incorrect and when I brought it to their attention their entire staff got an attitude with me. Being already dehydrated, I'd drank over a gallon of water and Gatorade trying to give them a urine sample. Needing to sit down for a moment due to back issues (badly pinched sciatic nerve) and still unable to urinate, 3 nurses and 1 doctor surrounded me trying to force me to get up and go try to provide a sample. I repeatedly asked them to just give me a couple minutes, but instead they called my HR department, telling them I was refusing to provide a sample.

The place is slow as hell, I showed up there at 7 and was the first one to sign in at 8 am and I didn’t get back there till 11 am. Also I waited in 2 waiting rooms for over three hours before anybody acknowledged I was even there.

Checked in at 12:30 for a physical, and waited 2 hours before being called back, then waited another 20-30 minutes before being seen by the nurse for the drug screen. Then was denied a DOT card for being truthful about my medical history, and requested to provide more documentation from almost 20 years ago. That is ridiculous, who is going to have documentation to prove something that happened 20 years ago, this place needs more staff to move patients through quicker

I would rate concentra with a 10! The wait for my physical was ridiculous, but I was not forgotten about. Someone was there to let me know what was going on. I was treated with respect and kindness from each and every person I came in contact with!

Do not bother going if you need to get a physical exam here at it's 4pm. They will make you complete the drug process one day and come in the next morning to see the physician, who gave me the complete run around and made me get approval from my regular doctor (across town) just to get approval from a completely different health care provider. Overall, the rest of the staff was nice.

9-4-19 Velia T. 12:40pm Very Rude Lady. Was told to sit down like if I was a kid when I was filling out paperwork. I asked if I could stand and she said no in a very rude way. Did not give me any reason as to why. Not sure if she is really busy or in a bad mood but that is besides the point. I will not come here again.
