I have tried to call and talk with someone to set up an appointment and they keep taking messages and never call back. I feel they are in the wrong industry to not call customers back, because some people sometimes need serious help. I'm very upset I have felt ignored with my phone calls.

I cannot explain how grateful I am to have come across this group of individuals. From my first call to set up my intake appointment until my last day of therapy, I felt so much compassion and genuineness from every single person at this office. Participating in individual therapy and ESPECIALLY the DBT group was the absolute best investment I have made in my life thus far. Every single penny has been worth it. I have been out of therapy for maybe 3 months. Things aren't magically perfect now and I have to continue working hard and using the skills I was taught but I've noticed a drastic change in my emotions, thoughts, ability to cope and handle every day stressors in life. I now know that there is a solution to every problem so long as I keep trying to find it. I really appreciated the fact that they weren't there to coddle me, rather give me the kick in the butt I needed but with so much grace and patience. I implore you to reach out to these guys if you are in need of assistance. Thank you so much to Dr. Vaughn and everyone at PSYCHe for everything you do. Best wishes to you all.

I took my child to PSYCHe for an assessment, which I paid $375. The package deal proposal I received was not what we discussed. The price was over $9k, and I was given 7 days to sign the contract or I would be required to have another assessment. This was a huge turn off for me - I didn't appreciate their high pressure sales tactic.

With my first session my councilor talked with me for a while and seemed like she was really interested in helping me get through my problems and help me get myself back on track. I found out a lot about myself after meeting her and will say that I highly recommend coming to this location for anything you need help with. Got me seen right away with an appointment.
