Worst experience ever. My reasoning for not wanting to get professional help was proven today. These people are only there for a pay check. Choose ANY other counseling service.

The staff is great. They are kind and helpful. But Jasmine doesn't listen to what you say. She's going to do what she wants anyway. Even though medication is working great for you, if there's one small problem she think that is attributed to your medication , she will lower your medication even after you tell her reasons otherwise it could be and suggest to explore other avenues first before being too hasty. I'm going elsewhere for my mental health for this reason alone. It's not even a narcotic or.very addictive. (I would just like to add.)

The Hood

My wife had an appointment that they rescheduled. Facing suicidal tendencies and needing meds adjusted we waited until the next available appt. Showed up at 2:51pm appt at 3pm. Waited 36 minutes understandably angry went to receptionist asking when the Dr was going to do her job. (I have severe anger issues) I was informed she was and was running late. Holding the pending explosion of rage I closed the window. Both receptionist with glasses and her blond haired friend who was eating yogurt laughed at me even pointing at me and mocking me as I sat down. Had to leave before I lost control.

Great place. They don't make you feel stupid or less of a person. The people at the front desk are friendly. Nobody acts better than you and they actually answer the phone when you call.

After a near fatal motorcycle accident when another driver pulled out in front of me & my Harley Road King. After flying through my bike’s windshield & over on to the other side of her truck I became unconscious with a traumatic brain injury. I was brought back 3 times. Dealing with the psychological issues from the accident, I reached out to LifeCare. They were good in the beginning, then the clinic did changes of staff. The new staff was over prescribing me pills without being followed up by a trained psychological personnel. At times, the pills they had me on made my body go into full body muscle weakness & ketosis. I called & spoke with the nurse, her response was instructing me to drive 1 hour to them. I COULDN’T MAKE IT TO MY GARAGE LET ALONE TO ATTEMPT TO DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY!! If you have good insurance or can pay good money, you’ll be able to see someone who is creditialed in their field. But without much money, your not going to get far.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Their only concern is money. They care nothing about their patients or their health and well being.
