This counseling service is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen. The staff is not trained properly. We attended counseling with Mrs. Gallardo for our family (4 year old daughter, 12 year old son, myself the mother of daughter and step mom of son, and father of both children. After seeking another concealing option which included in-home intensive therapy for the 12 year old boy while planning to continue concealing with Mrs, Galardo she became upset and without first speaking with his father and I proceeded to refer him to a different facility. When we were informed of her decision by her secretary we became upset and requested she call us immediately to discuss the matter. Mrs. Gallerdo returned my call within an hour yelling and informing me that she is the professional and we need to follow her advice because she knows best. She refused to sign the referral and hung up on me. We followed the advice of the in-home service and stopped communication. Mrs. Gallardo has now sent a certified letter to us claiming we are threatening her and her staff and that we need classes in anger management, parenting and individual concealing. We do not claim to be perfect but in no way have we threatened her or her secretary nor showed any aggressive behavior. The treatment by her has only added to the stress we have at home as she knows the problems we face on a daily basis being that she was our counselor for a period of time. I would recommend any family looking for help stay far away from this service.

Dr.G. Is were wonderful and helpful to my kids and does a great job with both hands in. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of different types of people assessments and works hard to find the right direction to take care of the problem. ALL staff members are terrific here. If you are in need of service I would love to recommend this place too you. They are the best!!!

My 11 year old was seeing her for anxiety and depression. 5 sessions were spent getting to know him and showing him videos. We never got to the bottom of the situation because she spent so much time on that but never gave ideas on how to help the situation. We were in a cycle of doing this until the insurance ran out and we were going to have to start paying out of pocket. Maybe this is normal but it seemed excessive to me because thru all of this she never gave me (the parent) any information. He hated going to sessions and never felt like he was coping any better. Nothing terrible but I feel it could have been a lot better. Also, the location is rough with virtually no parking. Inside wasn't any better.

I was so upset by the Sessions that was given to my Son, Getting to the Bottom of things, is not their way,I would ask my son (Did u have fun? did they talk to you?) He would tell me no she just sat me down in front of he computer and watched a video. I understand it was about Learning to love yourself and respect others, but my son needs someone to talk to, not to watch a Video

This is the only place that I spoke to, that got my fiancé and I in, in a timely manner. The receptionist said she would work with us, and call if there was a cancellation around the times we gave her. Sure enough, she called a few days later. Dr. Gallardo is a straightforward person with us and was quick to snap us back into reality when we have needed it. We have lots of baggage to unpack, and she had been nothing but knowledgeable, kind and professional. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. This place has changed our outlook on life together.

I’ve been taking my son here for several yrs now and I have recommended Dr G to several people. I can tell a difference in my son when we have to miss a appointment. When I have a issue I tell Dr G and she fixes it without hesitation I truly would be lost without her help with my son. Parking is a little ruff however it’s worth it because there is not more cars then space and I also drive 45 minutes each way and only miss when sick because Dr G is that great.

Wish I could give it a negative 5. You go in the therapist talks your whole 30 minute session then schedules you out weeks later to come in to listen to her talk again. Never here when they say they are open. Never scheduled my appointment again but kept me as a patient messing up my insurance. Worst place I've ever been to!!!!
