This is the worst place I have ever sent my daughter to ! My daughter called me one night with a temperature of 103.3 I encouraged her to take some Tylenol and to seek medical attention. She was extremely sick and weak. Unfortunately she came in five minutes before you closed . I was told how you did not believe that she was sick . Well, guess what two days later She was was diagnosed with mono .She went to Vermillion Health Clinic .Any doctor would know the signs and symptoms unfortunately you were unable to help her . I have never seen or heard of such incompetence before !

Drove 30 minutes here and they had no nurse - couldn't get a hold of one to come in and had 7 patients waiting before me. I left and drove to Sioux City. Ridiculous.

While I have a whole catalogue of bad Sanford experiences, I once went there with eyes nearly swollen shut from an allergic reaction and was advised by Sanford employees to come back later, after office hours...

A team that cares. I came in this morning as a walk-in, and I explained my issue. They did a test on my throat, and diagnosed me with strep. I was in and out in a reasonable manner, and gave me a prescription same day. Contrary to the bad reviews, I think this place is very professional and I would trust them with my life if needed.

This is the only place I will go from now on... Sanford health has set the bar in health care, I drive from Yankton to see my Dr. They continually test you like a person and not a number like Avera and their half wit doctors, who only seen to care about pay day and Friday.. THANK YOU SANFORD AND DR. DUXBURY

Awful, it seems that most of the doctors are there for a paycheck. They are rude and take FOREVER. I hate having to go here but it is the only place in vermillion basically. I never feel like I am getting quality care.

Do a good job especially mary jo and Wynette in the clinic. All of the nurses are polite and friendly and mary jo is compassionate and thorough and easy to talk to about things.

Called twice to try and schedule an appointment for something semi urgent and got no answer. That coupled with the horror stories I heard from friends, this place needs new management.

The nurses are very nice and welcoming, you can expect prompt scheduling and service, and prices are competitive for students. CNP Arthur Pepper has fantastic bedside manner and is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The reason why I cannot give a 5 star review is because PA-C Anthony Burbach does not treat patients with respect and he does not seem to improve his behavior as time passes. I have stopped seeing this PA, but friends have had similar experiences with him.

Dr Anthony has the worst bedside mannerI have ever seen he was rude wouldn't listen to my daughters concerns. I would not send my dog to him.

My loved one went to the Sanford ER having stroke symptoms, and was admitted to the hospital. A few hours after being discharged my loved one had a stroke. On looking back, after quite a few times of being there for similar symptoms and getting no results, I wish my loved ones primary had been more on top of things. The results of this stroke could have been avoided, now because of my loved ones stroke, my loved one is almost completely blind. In my opinion, I feel my loved one was let down by their primary care physician. My loved one trusted her and even stuck up for her and in the end she became unreasonable.
