The therapist did not help at all with my 13 year old stepson. She ignored everything his father said and only played games with him. We finally changed therapists when my stepson advised that he did not feel like he could open up to her. Now, they refuse to send his records. The receptionist and her manager lie repeatedly about having sent the information and give ugly responses when we call and ask for them. It has been several weeks - still no copies of evaluations..... Update on review: we finally received the evaluations. The new therapist reviewed and was stunned by the incompetency of the therapist associated with this group.

I have been trying to get my daughter seen, since March 2019 and have had the doctors cancel my appointments twice and make me reschedule two months out for the last scheduled appointment, and they only gave three days notice from the appointment that I had scheduled. Also the last time they cancelled was so the doctor could go to a conference last minute instead of seeing their patients.
