The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I did not care for the massage. I like when I get a massage for them to use their hands not their arms. Would not go back because the massage was not that great.

Wonderful experience. The staff here are very knowledgeable of the benefits each therapist offers. They work hard to pair you with the right person IF you take the time to explain what you're looking for. I highly recommend Rachel. She was great for relieving deep tension in my low back and shoulders and was careful to ask questions about a previous injury.

Love Massage Envy Lexington location. All the therpaist are great, but Ms. Virginia is the best therapist and massage therapist. The front staff ladies are very nice a d accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

I like this place but the additional products are expensive ($16 bodywash) and you get pushed a little to open a membership for monthly treatment. I just cant afford that but ppl are nice and place is super nice.

Massage was okay. Clean atmosphere with good ambiance. The only thing I didn't like was that my massage person talked too much. When I get a massage, I like to relax in peace and quiet. She was constantly talking and asking me questions. I felt like I couldn't relax with all of the constant talking. Other than that, it was fine.

The massage was okay, not the best but okay. They were pushy about the membership (quota needed?) and started friendly...until I said I didn’t want the membership and then it was like a switch flipped and she was rude. Maybe I would have signed up next time but not now....

The place is extremely clean and conveniently located on 378. I went there with a sprained neck and was very delighted by the quality of the massage I received. Ask for Byron. He's great at what he does. He has powerful hands, yet he is skilled at applying the right amount of pressure on the sore areas. The manager Dee was also very accommodating and she was able to get me in late in the evening on short notice. They also have a special for first time customers. On top of it, this place is new with fresh hands and fresh faces. Must visit!

Completely unreasonable massage contract service. Make sure you use every single massage each month because if you don't and want to cancel your contract, those massages are gone. Waste of money. Thanks for nothing.

We have spent countless hours trying to use a $150 gift card with their "bonus" $50 gift card and NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION. I don't expect to see this because I'm sure it will be deleted immediately. iF I could give them ZERO stars, I would give them negative 4.99 Minus a.... INFINITE number of stars... or at least the number visible by the naked eye

Front desk person/ contract person, Serita lied to my friend and I about the details of the contract to get us to sign. Not sure if she was trying to meet a quota or commission or what but I am highly disappointed in the treatment, deceit and not being able to cease contract as described by this lying person. I can't wait to see her again. I hope this is not how she makes all contracts, if so, the next person will NOT be as nice as us.

I walk in dis location all I saw was big phat jelly rolls'even the manager was shaped like an umpa lumpa .I'm not being mean I just don't like talking with people who have busted shapes... I would not recommend dis location to anyone

I had a 120min full body stretch split by two different therapists and they did such an amazing job! I work on my feet all day and deal with a lot of physical and emotional stress due from that work. But both of my therapist were very intentive, and accommodating to my aches and pains. They have a wonderful membership program and I will be returning customer. My therapists names were Janetta, and Antonio. And both did a fantastic job!

Went here for the introductory massage. The massage was good. The constant membership push was a little too much. I want a monthly massage like most women, but finding the time is hard. I felt the sales push ruined the feeling of relaxation of the massage. Ruined the whole experience. Sorry, Massage Envy, I am not envious. There are way too many good massage therapist in Lexington that want my business without a membership. :(
