I had a great experience with this location. This was my first message with message envy, and my second message ever. The location is great, very clean, well kept and staff are top notch. Sean, the message therapist, did wonders on my back. He communicated well,made me comfortable, and handled himself extremely professionally. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a top tier professional experience.

The front desk staff is not welcoming and inattentive while at times, unprofessional. I was scheduled to receive an hour long facial, which only lasted 40 minutes. The room was hot and overall was not a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this Massage Envy to any of my family or friends.

The massage therapist I had was very good and very professional. However, I said I wanted 30 minutes focused on my jaw, my neck, and shoulders. He spent a lot of time on my shoulders, maybe 5 minutes on my neck, and no time on my jaw. They also cut my massage time down by 15 minutes...so instead of a 90 minute massage I got 75. They said that 10 minutes is used for "getting undressed," and "consultation" and it's the policy of Massage Envy. This made no sense since the man that made my appointment told me to get there early to make sure I didn't lose time in my massage. The manager did apologize and offered to cancel the transaction, but I refused because I wanted to pay the MT and tip him. However, I will not be back to any Massage Envy until they change their policy. If I pay for 90 minutes that's what I expect. Also, my neck and jaw still hurt.

This was my husband birthday gift. It was RELAXING, affordable and professional. They CUSTOMIZE your massage & go by what you write on your paperwork so be honest. My husband asked for soft hands but I wanted deep and slow. We feel so relaxed and will come once a month! Thank you Shaun & Camille for a wonderful experience.

If you sign a contract and allow them to automatically charge your card, you have to personally go there and fill out paperwork to terminate the agreement and then they cancel any massages which you have paid for but not taken.

I came to get a gift card for a ONE HOUR MASSAGE. The person behind the counter went into "salesperson mode" and wanted to sell me every package EXCEPT for what I asked for. When I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that all I wanted was a gift card for a one hour massage session, the sales pitch continued unabated. If you aren't willing to LISTEN to what I am asking for, then you certainly don't need my business or referral. My recommendation.....stay the hell away from this place!

The front desk staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. I am always treated so nicely when I arrive. The therapists are very good and make sure the massage is what your looking for, without being overly talkative. Had a hot rock massage today, which was the best!

I've been calling both Forest Dr and Harbison location to schedule an apt for the past week. I've left messages and no one has returned my call. I'm charged monthly for a membership and I'm having a very hard time getting an appointment. I'm not pleased with this at all and seriously considering canceling my membership and finding another spa to give my money to.

Jennifer was great. Good ettiquette, she let me talk when I wanted and relax when I wanted that. Jimmy at the front desk has great customer service and was pleasant to talk to. They have heated tables which gets a star just for that, nice touch, its like a heating pad

Jennifer's presence exudes of relaxation and ease from the get go! I have not stopped talking about how the tension from stress of my neck and shoulders is completely alleviated and how amazing I feel literally 2 hours after my massage.
