Daniel E. Shoultz, PHD still TODAY sending bills to my MOM's house... tried repeatedly to get this corrected. NEVER did. The utter failure to protect my privacy was still the secondary complaint--Dan has a "pill guy" who he referred me to (works in his office as well) for $250 I paid they RE-prescribed me the anti-depressant I was ALREADY ON, from my GP.

This man literally told my husband that he and my daughter need to leave me. That my diagnosed depression and anxiety that I’ve had since I can remember are going to lead to my daughter having to take care of me. We’ve only seen this dr maybe 3 times, but it was My idea to start seeing him due to relationship problems.. I thought he was a sweet man. He even asked me if he could pray for me which made me tear up. Not only did my husband break my trust so did this dr. To anyone looking to fix relationship issues especially when your husband CHEATS, don’t go to this guy. I was crying all night.
