Made an appointment and received patient intake forms via email. Was then contacted three times in less than a week asking for my credit card information to “update my file”. Since I hadn’t yet filled out ANY of the forms or had so much as even ONE appointment, I am not sure what “file” they wanted to “update”. They even threw this in as a quick side note to an email they sent me when I inquired about appointment times: “also, can I get your credit card information?” Really? Definitely got the impression that my credit card information was top priority to this office. Will be looking at other options.
