I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Therese A. Rando , if I ever get to I would hug her and thank her for a book "How To Go On Living When Someone You Love Dies ". To say it has helped me immensely and is changing my life is an understatement. It's taken me too many years and there have been to many losses . I picked up this book at a time I felt everything in my life unraveling. I haven't finish this amazing book but already see the light breaking through the dark and heavy clouds that were smothering me. I didn't know how or if I would honestly be able to say it but Ivan now..."I am going to be okay". It's still hard but this book has made me feel that I will be back amongst the living again. I can't say enough on how much it's healing my heart. Thank you Dr. Rando
