I went in for my first appointment abd it webt well. Unfortunately there was a change to my work schedule and the day and time was going to work for me. I called to see if I could come another day and the woman I met with wasn't there any other days. I asked to see someone else. I was told I'd be called back. Never got a call back and I have left 3 messages. I'm very upset. I definitely will not recommend this place

My 13 year old Daughter is Suffering from depression and anxiety. She seen Stella a few times over a few months. We needed to reschedule but never got the call back with available dates and times. You would think they would check up on my daughter at the least. Seeing she is so Depressed... I also think being a professional in this line of work you should come to work with your hair done. Not looking so sloppy.

They first match wasn't right but I hopeful for the 2nd match. They never get back to you when u call and it seems that both counselors I had have to rescedual or cancel often. I dont understand how that can find someone to fit my time either. We will see they are really inconsistent! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
