Problem was left leg bursa pain. I lived with it for about two miserable years and went to two other physical therapy offices. Specialized Orthopedics seemed different. Thanks to his skill and expertise as a diagnostician and physical therapist, Jason Ulisse has been instrumental in getting me far along on the road to recovery. Last spring I went to SOPT with severe shoulder pain and lack of mobility in my left arm. Jason evaluated my symptoms and started me on an exercise regimen and physical therapy treatment for frozen shoulder. This diagnosis was confirmed by a subsequent visit to my orthopedic surgeon, who recommended that I continue with physical therapy to see if it would eliminate the need for surgery. It has been three months since my 1st visit to that surgeon and today she said my progress is nothing less than remarkable. Again, thanks to the care I received at Specialized Orthopedic Physical Therapy, I have regained the range of motion I was lacking and the pain is gone. I continue with a solid at-home exercise program that I am confident will keep me moving forward and most importantly not needing surgery. I would highly recommend SOPT to anyone needing physical therapy. With an environment that is well equipped, an entire staff that is professional, courteous, and upbeat and physical therapists who work their 'magic fingers' on clients after guiding them in exercises, SOPT is TOPS on my list!

I can't say enough about of much i Love SOPT. I had hip problems after the birth of my son, who was a big baby. My hips we so out of alignment. With certain excerise and stretches, SOPT put my hips back to where they are suppose to be. I highly recommend them.

I have a degenerative spine disorder that has caused me pain for almost twenty years. I have had a fusion surgery in my neck and several epidural shots in my spine. I have also been treated by many therapists, and that is where the difference begins and ends. My neurologist recommended that I go to Specialized Orthopedics and see Jason to help diagnose and treat my pain problems. During my first visit, Jason listened to my symptoms and diagnosed a problem with my right SI joint that no one had ever mentioned before. Jason worked on all of my back problems efficiently and I was quickly physically prepared for my SI injection. I was quickly pain free and ready to strengthen myself using techniques he had taught me. The facility and staff are also the friendliest and most professional you could ask for. This is the place to go if you are in pain ,or in need of any type of physical therapy. Thanks to all involved. It is so nice to NOT be in pain any more. Thank you.

I sought treatment from SOPT for severe neck and back injury following four surgeries. I consider it to be nothing short of an overwhelmingly positive experience with excellent results in the treatment of very complicated injuries. I've been able to recover with the ability to walk and lift some weights with very little pain. There was a time many years ago when the thought a walking for up to an hour was a thing of the past. My primary specialist Jason Ulisse who also owns SOPT was by my side through my recovery and post treatment program. Along with a very friendly staff and atmosphere getting well was actually fun. After going to another large local orthopedic physical therapy place, getting no results and where I felt I was just a number, I found SOPT. The office staff was most helpful in adjusting appointments to my schedule. I found Amanda Smith, my therapist, to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and she was able to correctly strengthen my ankle which had had three surgeries on it. My wife told me I'm finally walking straight! My orthopedic doctor told me I needed a hip replaced because I had favored the ankle so long, but because of a cardiac problem, I can't be operated on for a year. I went back to SOPT, and Amanda Smith began treating me. Through her expert assessment, treatment and exercises, the pain has been reduced by 95%. As I continue to do the exercises she prescribed, I expect to be pain free as long as I do them. SOPT therapists give you a minimum of 30 minutes individualized treatment. I can't say enough about the results I have obtained because of her treatments. I strongly recommend SOPT and their staff. The results are excellent!

The staff and services are excellent. Jason has helped alleviate my foot pain from plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. He has provided excellent therapeutic work both to heal the tendon and to instruct in how to strengthen the foot to avoid future injury. This is preventative, holistc medicine. And the music is great.

I was hesitant to go because I had a negative experience with physical therapy in the past, but I am so glad I went. I have made more progress in physical therapy in 2 months than the previous 6.
