My son was with Ryan Glode before my husband died, we told Ryan that my husband had been talking about suicide, and all he said was that he would talk with him when my son comes back. A few days later my husband died of suicide, my son went back to see Ryan a few times after, and then stopped after he questioned "why didn't Ryan take my father's suicide threat seriously?" I then wondered too. After a little while I also realized that Ryan had only been working there for a short time. When I spoke of my husband's suicide threat it should have been handed over to someone with more experience rather than a rookie. My husband most likely could have been saved if Ryan took it seriously, but I guess that's what you get from a rookie.
