I can't rave enough about Molly Durigan at Performance PT on the Wampanoag Trail. Molly pushed me to do the best I could after knee replacement. That is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a therapist. I really liked the one on one approach she uses, and the massage therapy which was painful at times but so beneficial. A huge plus for me was the use of PODS for PT - once a week exercises in the pool really increased my mobility. Three months ago today, I had my surgery and I can honestly say that today I am at 100% mobility and am pain-free, thanks to Molly. I highly recommend her!!

The team really helped me get back to the gym after an acute back injury kept me sidelined. Greg was awesome explaining my exact diagnosis and coming up with am action plan which includes both exercises and stretches i meeded to do myself at home and in their PT facility to get the best results. Its beem a few weeks and i feel a significant difference in my movement and a near eradication of the pain! Great team, great facility

I've been using Performance Physical Therapy since 2003. I've been going to the East Providence facility on and off since that time and have had the pleasure of dealing with Lance a PT at that facility. They have grown through the years from a small hole in the wall on Newport Avenue to a beautiful new facility on the Wampanoag Trail. From 3 PT's to at least 6 or 7 PT's. I would definitely recommend the East Providence facility for any of your Physical Therapy needs.

This is a great place for physical therapy. I have found the therapists to be very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about their work. It seems like they really enjoy what they are doing which makes it easier for us the patients. Try it if you are looking for a place for physical therapy. You will not regret it.

Performance PT has been part of my life for over a decade. They have helped me with a broken ankle, then shoulder and knee problems all the things that start happening when you’ve got many miles on your life. I could write a page or two of praises for the organization, but the most important thing in PT like other professions, is how well do the people connect to their patients. Here is where five stars is not enough! They are not only tops in diagnosis and treatment, but they are there giving you needed education on how to make things work in everyday life. I’ve witnessed many of their staff in different situations and can tell you that they are not just putting in the time, they create a warm welcoming atmosphere where the staff, both PTs, and clerical staff are a team. The degrees and experiences of these professionals vary but there is a good communication so that patients coming into Performance PT feel like the entire team is there for them. I can highly recommend this organization and have often done so.

Lauren and the rest of the PPT staff was great. I had an lower leg injury that was causing pain in my heal and achiles. Lauren provided massage therapy and specific stretches to focus on my pain. That along with a immobilization boot did the trick. I'm healed and happy. Thanks Lauren and everybody else at PPT.

I had knee replacement surgery 13 weeks ago and had 12 weeks of home P.T. (I had complications). I could have gone to any outpatient physical therapy company I wished but I chose Performance Physical Therapy. They are the best. I just started my outpatient therapy and probably will continue for about 6-8 weeks. Greg, Lance and the rest of the staff are the best. So professional and knowledgeable. They treat every patient the same with respect. The facility is extremely clean and neat not like some places. They truly deserve 5 stars.

Greg did a great job evaluating my injury, and explaining what was going on, as well as what was going to have to happen to achieve a good recovery. Lance and the other therapists have always done a great job of explaining the various therapy components and excersises and keeps the mood fun.
