I have chronic back pain and was sent here by the VA. i have done physical therapy about 25 times over a period of 18 years. At first i was apprehensive about trying it again. I met with Nicole and she went through everything in detail and how PT has certainly evolved. All the staff are knowledgable and friendly and really know what they are doing. It is very clean and the equipment is new. I am very happy i decided to go back to physical therapy. A big hats off to Performance Physical Therapy. I would definetly tell everyone to try it. I first came here in 2014 for a shoulder injury and recently for therapy for a knee surgery. The reception staff is helpful and friendly, all the therapists are always willing to help, even if they aren't your therapist, Alley, Meagan and Andrew are great. My therapist is Steve. Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a knee brace and Steve was quick to help make sure I was using it correctly and that I understood the correct way to wear it and when I should wear it. I would highly recommend Preformance Physical therapy.

These guys are great! I worked with Nicole and Melissa, Both are very professional! Nicole helped me with my knee issue and in a matter of weeks got me back to normal and gave me all the tools I needed to keep this issue from coming back! Melissa gave me great tips on how to prevent a ‘bladder worry’ from becoming a real issue! She had me at: ‘no woman should ever have to suffer through this!’. She gave me simple exercises, that I can do anytime and anywhere. After only 2 weeks I already have more control, making me feel so much better about my life in general and being a woman in particular! I would recommend Performance Therapy to anyone who’s seriously committed to working on their body and getting back their health!

I am able to book the appointment times I need, including early mornings. The physical therapists are amazing and really know what they are doing, super smart! The gym/facility is very clean.
