Amazing experience from the prompt response to my inquiry to the final sit down after my amazing massage. I enjoyed a relaxing 60 minute massage with Tim. He gave great energy throughout the entire experience and his spiritual presence was very apparent from the very start. He seemed to know every nook and cranny of my body that needed attention and massaged in a way that was so pleasant and relaxing. The entire experience was wonderful. I'm so glad my staff sent me here on a miny retreat! What a great day!

I went yesterday with the 1 hour intro massage, and from the minute i walked in the service was outstanding. The massage therapist Sam was absolutely amazing. Rather than focusing on my whole body, she offered just to focus on areas that had been bothering me (shoulders and arm, due to a pinched nerve) and I left feeling absolutely amazing and rejuvinated. I will absolutely be returning!

I have had an ongoing membership for over a year now. My sessions are usually with Allen. I have a very stressful job and many sport injuries to include 10 knee surgeries. I have rheumatoid arthritis and suffered a broken neck in a car accident, years ago. Needless to say I am not the easiest client as I have a lot of issues to address. Allen is AMAZING. He is able to sense trigger points without me even guiding him. He is an excellent therapist who is very "in tune" with his client during the session. He is my go to when I need to de-stress. This is one place I leave where I feel completely relaxed. I have also had sessions with the other therapist and have NEVER been disappointed. I can't say enough about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I bought a gift certificate with a credit card for my daughter that my daughter lost and they refused to honor it even though they had a record of my transaction and the gift certificate number that hadn't been redeemed. I will never do business or recommend this company.

Booked an appointment for a couple's massage on mine and my boyfriend's anniversary in August and had to cancel a few days before since we weren't going to be able to make it. Rescheduled the same couple's massage for September and my boyfriend gets a call AN HOUR BEFORE our appointment telling us that they had a 'NEW RECEPTIONIST' working the day I booked and she wasn't supposed to schedule an appointment for someone with a balance. Apparently when I called and cancelled the COUPLE'S MASSAGE from August they only cancelled my portion of it and counted my boyfriend as a no call/no show even though I specifically stated that neither of us were going. The receptionist I talked to today was very unwilling to help me out in any way and basically kept saying we had to pay $60 in order for us both to go to the appointment. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already cancelled my membership and will not be returning. I'd think twice before getting wrapped up in any type of monthly membership with them.

Was great in the beginning but now so difficult to get an appointment. If you are slightly late you are treated like a criminal, but if your therapist runs late no apologies or discount. The tip calculations at the desk are incredibly inflated if your are a member. Do your own calculations instead. I am due 4 massages because I can't get an appointment or when I do ME cancels, therapists out sick, etc. Not renewing my membership. Don't join. It's a rip off.

Definetly one of my favorite treats! Laying flat upon a warm table while my whole body gets a phenomenal deep tissue rubdown. Massage Envy is the place y'all! It's staff is super nice, courtesy is in their blood. They are fun conversations and intimate silence. Whatever your flavor, massage envy is definitely the place to try @bossmommas
