I've been a client for 5+ years and I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. They are easy to reach, messages are promptly returned, and the office space itself is comfortable and welcoming. Oh, and their new receptionist is a sweetie. :)

The office person here is rude and miserable. Thought there was hope when she had left and a new, very pleasant woman replaced her. Unfortunately, the new woman left and the miserable one is back. Such a shame that the first contact with this practice is so awful.

Found this place in my insurance book. Saw the website, seemed like a very good place. MY FIRST APPOINTMENT I waited 45 minutes and still wasn't called in for my appointment. I was extremely angry for a place like this. I really wanted to be at this place for help because the website was so good and it seemed like the staff was great. I couldn't wait anymore it was ridiculous, plus I had another appointment at 1015 that was very important I had to be at. I was told at checking in that if you miss an appointment, you pay $150, not the insurance. Hmmm, nice way to earn easy money after you make people wait for a long time and then they get fed up. Not a very good impression on me for the first time. Makes me question the business they get.
