I've been seeing Carrie for maybe 10 years! Honestly she's the best therapist i've ever had. She's very kind, sweet natured, understanding, and helpful. She has taught me cbt and dbt skills, very compassionate, gives sympathy, and comfort if you're ever sad or upset. She is the #1 therapist and if you ever wanted a great therapist, Carrie is the absolute best! If I could give an infinite amount of stars I definitely would without a doubt!

I have been seeing Carrie at CCS for almost 10 years. Initially it was to work through a major breakup but then, over time, became forty five minutes of brainstorming, life planning, and sorting my thoughts. No matter what issue(s) I walk in with I am always assured that when I leave I’ll have had the opportunity to look at them from all angles and decide how to solve the problem. I strongly recommend Carrie and CCS no matter how big or small your issues may be. We all have people we can sit and talk to but nothing compares to someone who can sit back and remain completely objective and, most importantly, help you to realize you’re not alone in what you’re dealing with and that you will be ok. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I’ve been with CCS since it’s start when my therapist moved over and I love it. It’s welcoming and peaceful and always professional. I have been seeing my main therapist Carrie for the longest, but when she was out for a sick leave, I saw two others in the practice and they were just as kind and professional. Carrie is always empathetic but doesn’t let you get away with anything. Her tough love approach has helped me a lot over the years.

I have been seeing Carrie on and off for several years. She's not a typical therapist/psychologist who has to look over notes from the last week so she can remember what you talked about. She remembers things from years ago, which makes me feel like an important client. She has helped me through several really rough periods in my life. She is just fantastic as a therapist and as a person! Always flexible and helpful with scheduled appointments around my busy schedule. I would never go see anyone else! I've been to several therapists and none have compared to her. You can just tell that she cares
