Great place. I highly recommend them. I had been to four or five different places at the time, and my symptoms only got worst. Then I went to Vita. My counselor was Bernadette and she helped me immensely! Also, I will never forget what they did for me there. I had no money, no insurance at the time and they still helped me. I am very grateful and am still doing great!

I was taking my 10 year old to the Palmerton office starting in November of 2017. He was suppose to have been seen once a week and we were lucky if he was seen once a month. I will admit an appointment or two had to be rescheduled on our part for different reasons but majority was on them. When rescheduling, don’t expect to get an appointment in until the following week, maybe even two. I finally mentioned this and talked about stopping him as a client and caught attitude from the actual counselor herself. We missed this last appointment which was completely our fault but just received a $50.00 no show bill in the mail. Are you kidding?!? After all of the times we had to skip appointments because of your office/counselors? I will never return with my son and will NEVER recommend anyone to this office. It’s a joke and they should all be ashamed of themselves for how unprofessional they are especially with a child.

They are useless thieves who just want to rip you off. I paid for the one visit I was there, signed a contact for 75.00 a visit, then they turned around the said it's was 120.00 per visit.. Which was false anyway...then four months later they bill me for the difference, plus supposed two missed visits...and now they charge a finance charge...rotten thieves they are...
