I wouldn’t even give them one star, Angelika was rude, refused to refund me overpayment even with my insurance company showing I overpaid. She used the bad news about my medical condition against me saying that I didn’t understand the way payment works because of it. My insurance company actually asked to her if she could be more empathetic and humane towards me after a long argument about this refund. Angelika finally did “agree” to refund me my money but she told me I would have to wait up to 30 days - this is for over $400.00. I work in the medical profession and have never dealt with a more rude, disrespectful or unkind practice. I do not recommend them to anyone.
