I can’t believe the negative reviews on this site. I have been their patient for twenty years. The service is stream lined and efficient now. I am a patient of Rebecca Gamble, Dr. Nowak and was a patient of Dr Menta. They have continually provided excellent care for my neurology and depression issues.

I had a very bad experience on 8/19 /19. My appointment with Dr Sauter was for 11:30 am. I was there early as always to fill out any paperwork and take care of my co-pay. There were patients who came in after me and were served ahead of me. I waited for an hour and a half and finally ask the nurse when Dr. Sauter was going to see me. She left and came back in a few minutes and answered my question by saying maybe in about 5 minutes. My medical problem is one that needs to be closely monitored because of the type of drugs I take in order to keep a handle on the the issues that come from it. I will never go back to this office again. I am in search of a new doctor. Save yourself the aggravation and find another facility.

My mother was to have an appointment with Stacy Moran at 2:45 on 11/30/2018 and at 3:20 we are still in the waiting room!!!!!

If I could give them less I would. They are absolutely horrible doctors and staff. Save ur money, time and mind. Find another place to go!!!

My son has had depression issues since the fall and this office has cancelled last minute on us about 6 times. He finally had his first visit. in March. We have even been in the office twice when they canceled our appointment. Waist of time and extremely inconvenient.

I came here to see a psychiatrist for a med check and to have my prescriptions filled. The doctor I saw was extremely hard to understand and would not fill a medication that I needed. So I wanted to see a different doctor in the practice, but you can't see a different doc until after the second visit. Then another medication needed to be authorized by my doctor and it took the office almost 2 weeks and multiple phone calls for it to finally go through. I do not recommend going here.

I recently requested records from here and it included all kinds of serious psychological diagnosis of which I was never informed nor treated for. I was seeing the neurologist for migraine headaches, so it came as quite the surprise to find out that I was being psycho-analyzed.

NeuroPsych used to be soooo much better than they are now. I only stayed because I actually really liked my doctor, but lately they are just awful. Their therapists suck. And now I’m disappointed with my doctor as I just don’t feel like she listens to my concerns or preferences. I left and got a therapist at Family Psych (Rustic Lodge Rd.) but kept my doctor at NeuroPsych. I think now that I will be setting up an appointment to see Family Psychs doctor. Neuro will be losing me as a client, completely; NOT that they care. They’ve got far too many clients then they can handle anyways. Stay away from this place. Just, stay away.
