Update 2: I just saw another review of this practice from 5 months ago and their experience reflected my own from 2016 (seen below). I can only assume that the "steps taken " to improve their disrespectful policy towards client scheduling were not effective or never implemented. (If you are affiliated with this business, do not call me with regards to this review again. I'm not interested in speaking. Try earning good reviews instead.) Update 1: I received a phone call from the owner of this practice on 10/21/16 regarding this review. He apologised for my experience and explained to me that they have taken steps to improve their scheduling system in order to ensure that new clients do not receive the same kind of treatment. Original review: Within the first month of becoming a client, my appointment was cancelled 3 times. Two of those times I was called the morning of my appointment, just hours before I was set to arrive. The last time i tried to reschedule, the receptionist said she wasnt sure when they could next pencil me in and that she would call me back. I never received a follow up call. Out of concern, I once asked the receptionist if these kinds of cancellations were very common at their practice. To my complete surprise, she said yes. I asked why, and she said it was because they were often overbooked.

Liv Associates needs to get their priorities straight. I have called them numerous times and have been trying to schedule an appointment and individually emailed 3 therapist, but out of the 3 therapist I emailed, no-one has gotten back to me nor has Liv Associates called me back like they said they were going to. I find it very disrespectful and very unprofessional that I have called Liv Associates multiple times to schedule an appointment and the receptionist told me that someone would get back to me but never did anyone get back to me nor did she show any interest to helping me. I find that whoever I was talking to, I believe her name was Audrey and someone else’s name I don’t remember, needs to remember that their job is very important and is the face to getting the help someone needs when they do call for help because it takes a lot of effort to even consider dialing the number and talking to someone for help. I was referred here by a friend of mine because she said this place helped her a lot, but I would have to say otherwise. I am greatly disappointed.
