I specifically requested a psychiatrist as opposed to a psychologist appointment, was told that was fine. Find out half way through the appointment that I was talking to a psychologist... wasted $200 because of their mistake.

Dr Frey and his staff are top notch. They helped not only myself but my son.They are very professional and yet very personable. They really want to help and to help you help yourself. I can't say enough good things about them all! I highly recommend them.

I've been a patient of Cranberry Psychological Center for some time. Recently, I was told that my therapist would be leaving the practice. The problem I have is not that my therapist is leaving, my problem is how I was told. I was sent a letter by the office telling me that she was leaving and that they had my psychological well-being in mind. How about you use best practice skills and allow for my therapist to help me prepare for that transition instead of sending me a letter and giving my therapist no time to prepare me for that? This is ridiculous, and I will begin my search for a new agency for my psychiatric needs.
