If I could give less then one star I would, do NOT go here. They are money hungry as several other reviews have corroborated. I asked them explicitly several times if they take my insurance to which they said yes. They love to throw paperwork in your face and say you signed papers but their practice is shady and unethical. I have never had an issue at any other healthcare facility like I have had here. Not to mention the fact that if you pay what you can monthly, they STILL charge late fees. This place is despicable and they won’t get a penny from me.

This business did not return any phone calls and refused to follow protocol regarding having both parents/legal guardians speak to the therapist before working with our children as mentioned on their consent form and website. After only having email contact with the therapist the office manager rudely turned us away, again via email. There was no apology or explanation as to why both parents were not given the opportunity to speak to the therapist before scheduling an appointment with our children. This business did not even have consent from both parents before scheduling an appointment to start therapy. I would not send my children to this place if it were the only one available and it were court ordered! I advise anyone to be very cautious of such a "shady" business.

It's hard for me to rate this place because i haven't been a customer, but i found it strange that as a professional i kept receiving letters on a regular basis being asked to work at this agency, practically begged, it felt. This is highly unusual and, before responding, i decided to do a little investigating and found terrible reviews online -- quite a few - and not many positive. So it makes sense that they are desperate and begging professionals to work for them. I would imagine the work experience is probably not much better than what the clients experience. I have an autoimmune disorder that makes it near impossible to wake up any time in the morning before 10 am. They charged me the $65 missed fee 4 times. I am also a future psych counselor myself and just needed to deal with some work related stress. There was no treatment plan all we talked about is what I did every week, which was work. I was going there for treatment to help me deal with working at the psychiatric hospital I currently work at and she was always asking me well how was your weekend, you are my therapist not my friend I am here to learn how to deal with stress not talk about my weekend. This place is money hungry and terrible.

Friendly staff, great environment. The overall ambiance is very calm & relaxing. The therapists are all super friendly. They see clients of all ages, kids & adults. Highly recommend! for anyone in need!

I was charged $65 for a no-show fee, when I cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before the scheduled date. ( Their policy is 24 hours) I went back and forth many times with the office manager who requested certain information to prove I had called. ( My Cell Phone Records, which in no uncertain terms showed that I made the call when I said I did) I provided everything he asked for, proved in black and white that I did in fact call to cancel. He was condescending, rude and charged me anyway. It seems someone from their answering service made an error, but I was still charged. Extremely bad business practices. Seems to me that their main priority is collecting fees, copays and money from the insurance company, not helping or caring about their patients which is quite disappointing.

High prices for a short amount of time. Don't ever have an unexpected event occur on the day you have an appointment, even if you call ahead of time the same day you'll be charged a $65 dollar no show fee. I will be finding somewhere else that is a bit more invested with their clients.

I did not even get a chance to get into the office but the receptionist's lack of customer service is not something I want to even pursue. It is quite a struggle to even get someone on the phone let alone call you back. I called and left a message about a month ago, about ten days later someone got in touch with me. When I did call them back again, I provided my insurance policy number and she could not find it in my system for an estimated cost for a session. We played phone tag for about a week, leaving one another one message each when I finally was able to get a hold of her...she mysteriously "remembered" me. I informed her of my insurance policy number one more time and she shadily said she will call me back. I suppose I should expect another call about ten days later...do they not understand basic customer service? Based on previous reviews, they do not seem to care about their morale or reputation...

Very warm atmosphere, friendly service staff. The lady that I spoke with took the time to help me understand my benefits & what was not covered. The therapist was extremely pleasant and thoughtful with her responses. At this point I have only been there six or seven times, but overall they have been extremely helpful.

Always had a great experience here. The staff is always really welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing, which I'm grateful for due to the stress that comes with going to therapy. I always recommend this place to everyone I know looking for therapy

Although the therapist that was working with my daughter was very good, the cancellation policy and lack of compassionate, intelligent conversation about said policy is horrible. They care more about the money and making sure each timeslot is filled than taking care of our families. Be very careful and do not ever be more than 5 minutes late if you need to cancel an appointment. It isn't the money--I made an identical donation to Camp Kesem for kids whose parents are fighting cancer, just so the money would do some good, not just go into someone's pocket. I understand rude people and even someone who cancels all of the time--but since this was neither in our case, we won't be returning and I'm sad for my daughter, the therapist and other families who need help.

Going to therapy is never easy, but the staff here tried their hardest to make me feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Overall, great environment and the staff was very warm and welcoming! I would highly recommend this place.
