Very angry. Very unhappy. I've been trying to get into the mobile therapy program. First Sharon Rhoda called back in like February. Never did any kind of follow up or call back. I had to have my caseworker call and find out she was out on leave. Last night was the kicker. I had an appointment to meet with her on Wednesday. She knows my brother just committed suicide. Last week she ask if I was going to want to meet still. I told her as long as it doesn't interfere with my brothers funeral. Monday she calls and leaves a message asking if I'd switch my appt. I had a very rough evening and never got the message till the afternoon. I text her stating I need to keep my appointment and get things started and that I was keeping my appointment. She messages me in all caps that she gave my appointment to someone else because my brothers funeral is on FRIDAY??!! MY APPOINTMENT IS ON WEDNESDAY. MY BROTHER JUST COMMITTED SUICIDE. SHE'S A COUNSELOR??!!

I've been going her since @ 2000 before they even got this location. Always had caring and supportive experiences. I've had several different psychiatrists over the years, some of which I didn't agree with, but I could also switch if I wasn't happy. Not every therapist is going to fit everyone. So you have to speak up, advocate, get second options, etc... They're all just people like the rest of us.

No puedo comprender por qué este lugar tiene tan malas calificaciones. Mi experiencia ha sido excelente una terapeuta pediátrica llamada Lorena, ha sido excelente con nosotras. Y Lilliam Pacheco muy buena también. Lo recomiendo.

This place is terrible! Save yourself and your loved ones and do not go there! Totally unethical. They have destroyed my daughter's life by refusing to change her medication after they were told by family many times that my daughter's medication was having severe side affects. My caring, sweet, funny, talented daughter no longer exists. She lost everything including her three children that she loves with all her heart, but is unable to take care of them because she is too whacked out on her medications. She lost herhusband and the respect of her family. It is so heartbreaking

I feel that this place has helped me.I have gone to CSG for yrs to get therapy & med reviews. I' ve been to other private practice & clinics before which were'nt as good as this place. They have a recently upgraded phone menu so that persons can make,change appts, leave msgs for med questions or refills, etc. They have always promply called me back also.

Frankly I was shocked to see the bad reviews. I have always had a pleasant experience with CSG, especially with Dr Beiver, whom I see for regular med checks. The staff has always been pleasant and knowledgeable. When I had a problem with one of my prescriptions, they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I've been with Dr Beiver for many years and he's the best psychiatrist I've ever had. I guess the bad reviews are testament to the old addidge...you can't please everyone.
