Dr. P is one of the nicest, down to earth, caring ans understanding Dr that I have ever seen for her specialty. And OH the staff. Well they are just all around nice and friendly. Always helped me when I needed anything!!#

I have been to many doctors before Dr. Pellegrino, who were not helping me with my borderline personality disorder using only CBT. About 6-7 years later, I still walk myself through the typical exercises we would do using DBT. I highly recommend this place, as I'm sure all his other doctors are great as well. He has changed my life.

Dr. Pellegrino really listened to me and explained things thoroughly. It gives me hope that he wants to work at change as opposed to me just venting. I appreciate that he was so professional and patient with me. This was my first appointment and I was pleased to have received such a warm welcome. I will be continuing treatment here as I feel I am in very capable hands!

I called for help with my 12 yr old daughter who has adhd. The intake coordinator never picks up her phone and she doesnt return calls for days. Took a week to speak to someone. When I finally spoke to her, she told me there was a waitlist for the only therapist that would be suitable, no idea how long. I'd get a call back. I then got a call a week later from a receptionist, who left me a message saying that my daughter's problems were beyond their skillset, sorry but I'd have to look elsewhere. No referral, just a voicemail. When I called for an explanation, the receptionist/stand -in intake coordinator said they were only treating children age 12 with anxiety. Nothing else is available until 15. Almost a month went by and now I have to start all over. Really careless and insensitive handling of our situation.

Okay so my experience here - price tag for a session is 135, was placed with a brand new just-got-my-degree 2 months ago female therapist who spent my first session "subtly" checking her watch and phone throughout 2nd half of session. Im not kidding. Third and last session she spent trying to "upsell" me in their "integrative BPD" workshop (running in x hundred dollars) that apparently their office runs. Even when I demurred and tried to re-route the conversation "I'll think about it but let me get back to what I was saying", she kept. on. going. A session I paid for was spent listening to a sales pitch. Also, not kidding. This was all late 2017 so maybe things have changed. At the time, I didnt want to leave a review bc I though therapy is subjective and maybe you're feeling emotional and being unfair yada yada. But you know, Ive worked with 2 really good therapists since and I realize how massively unprofessional and not okay the experience I had here was. I can't say anything for any of the other therapists obviously but after paying basically to be forced to listen to why I should commit even more money, I was done with this office.
