Love everything this place has done for my son!

I Love The Woman Dr. I See I Have Been Seeing Her Since 2013. I Love How Comfortable I Feel Because Of The Environment She Puts Off. Yes If I Miss An Appointment It Takes A Bit of Time To Get A New Appointment But Never 3 Months. But It Was My Fault Missing So No Big Deal On Waiting Definitely Worth The Wait. If I Am Less Busy and Really Wanna Work Hard On Getting Better My Therapist Will Make The Effort To See Me Once A Week If Needed. She Is Amazing And I Hope I Will Be Able To See Her Lots More Especially During This Time In My Life. I Can Definitely Say I Have Come A Long Way Thanks To H.F. And Her Ways. Office Staff Have Failed Me Only Once. So Just Double Check They Have EvwrythEve Correct Before You Leave or Hang Up. Simple! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've had a really great experience here. Theresa is genuine, kind, caring, and compassionate. The staff here has always been incredibly warm and friendly each time that I've been here.

Ryan Wilcox at the Gladstone office building B broke my confidentiality and shared our private session notes without my permission or knowledge. I went in seeking help and it was difficult for me to open up. We had 4 sessions together before he accidentally said something about sharing my private notes. I was completely shocked. I told him some very deep and personal information. Then he tried to cover his tracks by saying the notes were never actually sent and nobody has actually seem them. I spoke with the people he sent the notes too and they sent me an email of my private session notes that Brian had in fact been sending after each appointment. The vice president of the company called me and tried to cover for Brian saying he didn't know what he was doing but admitted their violation of my confidentiality. Do not go to western psychological. Ryan Wilcox violated my confidentiality and the vice president acted like his employee didn't know what he was doing.

I have been receiving counseling/therapy services here since 2012. Both of the providers I have seen have been amazing, and I really appreciate them. On that note, the reception staff can be abysmal. I have OHP, and need to take a Chemical Dependency Assessment. The office that is requiring me to take this wanted me to take it through the same facility I was receiving my other services, so I called Western and set up an appointment. The next day they called me back and informed me that they could not accept my insurance. I offered to pay out of pocket, and they refused that as well, informing me that I would be committing insurance fraud. I called my insurance provider, ensured that it wasn't fraud, and got the name and number of the specific rep that I spoke with. I then called Western back and was informed that "You can't do that. You're committing insurance fraud." I asked for the policy that states that, and said that I had spoken with my insurance company and they would be happy to discuss with Western the options that I had. "We don't call insurance companies here. That's not what we do." I will NEVER go back to another Western. The service I received was deplorable, and they had no actual reason to deny me service. They could not provide a policy, or a law that supported their position.

I wanted to share my experience with this clinic. Jennifer Pitt was seeing my son. I realized the red flag when Jennifer Pitt told me that my son should be on Adhd, Depression and Anxiety meds. That I as his parent should go to my son's pediatrician to get the doctor to write these prescriptions. Jennifer is not a psychiatrist. She was acting out of her scope of practice by making this suggestion to me. Beware, folks.

I would literally give zero Stars if I could. Absolute worst place and most inconsiderate workers I’ve ever seen. And first got a referral for my daughter and they scheduled an appointment out for almost 3 months. And then canceled the appointment because they do not have any providers. I don’t think they understand how hard it is for somebody to reach out for help. And then they push them to the side for months and then tell them there’s nothing that could be done and there are nobody to help you. It looks like I’m going to be starting over finding a place to take my daughter I sure hope nothing bad happens to her while waiting and starting over to find a new place to address her mental health issues. I highly recommend no one goes there but it looks like nobody will since they do not have any providers

I feel like they just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. Also everytime I left I was bawling my eyes out and felt 100% worse. Maybe if I saw an actual psychologist for my psychological disorders instead of a social worker I would have had a better experience.

I highly recommend that you do NOT go here. Do not even bother. The first therapist, Monica, they gave me told me in our first session without me sharing anything about myself that “if you do anything bad I will report you to the police” which is highly unprofessional. The next guy, Ryan Wilcox, never had any advice for me. He couldn’t remember anything we ever talked about and would ask me the same questions about the same things over and over. Where were his notes? All he ever said to me was “I’ll have to think about it and get back to you next time” These people were not just unhelpful but they were incredibly bad at their profession to the point of being dangerous. The last straw was when I was in an intense crisis but still waited 3 weeks for an appointment. I told the receptionist I live very far away from Gladstone and wanted to be closer to where I live. The receptionist said unfortunately that was not possible and she would have to schedule me there. When I showed up there, 3 weeks later, they said the receptionist got my location wrong and that they could send me to clackamas a few hours later. Completely unprofessional and they have no one who can deal with trauma. They also said that anyone using medical marijuana, even if they have a medical card, can not do the EMDR therapy even though other therapists at other clinics say there is no issue. They also refuse to sign any ESA paperwork and are unwilling to help at all with that. I had to get an urgent care dr to sign it for me. Go to Lifeworks, they’re more busy but it’s because they’re better.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! My Therapist I had seen only 3 times for Depression and Anxiety decided to make up a bunch of lies and caused so much more anxiety for me. Not only for me but my whole family. I trusted this lady and thought I was in a safe place but very soon found out different. A Therapist #1 job is to listen and to help you! Not make up lies! I do not recommend this place at all! So happy my Old Therapist is back where I first started to receive help. I spoke to several professionals about this and they all agree....This was so wrong and unprofessional on her part. She should be ashamed of herself!

well I guess I am under my sisters Google account but this is Sheila Keller Fisher . . . I want to say thank you to everyone helping me and send good messages here today! I would have to tell my entire journey through the mental helath system to get you to fully understand how much I love this facility and the two professionals I have encounterd here for more then two years and to date! They are both amazing people and are instramental in my healing and of at least 4 DSM diagnosis's crippleling me my entire life! I am high finctioning so I am smart and intellegant and these emotional injuries are surly non organic- and were envirnmentaly bread throughout my childhood! Most of my life inknowingly! I must say that in any need for mental health care be SMART - do research it is at your finger tips! What makes a good therapist? The first thing to know or ask or recognize is what are your needs? Often we don't know or arn't sure we just hurt or arn't acting right- but ensure you get the help you need and don't waist time - know one thing- if your needs are based from known or even some unknown trauma you will need a certain kind of therapy (EMDR- and or trauma realted) if you don't get the right diagnosis for whatever reason yor treatment won't be effective and it might feel like therapy isn't worth it when it is. . for the most if it is the right therapy! everyones needs are different - get edcuated as to what kind of therapy works for what kind of treatment - like talk therapy, mindfulness therapy, trauma therapy, therapy for PTSD especially, talk therapy does not work for this type of diagnosis. Some therapy will keep you going even though it is not helping and this is a waist of time. .. this facility has individual talk therapy, classes to help you cope and to learn tools, EMDR truama therapy, they work with your PCP docs, they bill insurance, the envirnment is amazing (TP rolls need work they don't dispense lol ) had to say something bad here , , lol but it is going to be ultimatley up to you to be in charge and on top of diganosis they give you and then to research and learn about other symptoms you are having that maybe they don't tell you! I can tell you if you are not treating all the symptoms to match the diagnosis - lot of times there dual and cross over - testing is needed, ask for it, and get the treatment to line up with the diagnosis you will forever need treatment and be frustrated! Nice job NWPC I love you and you guys have all been my amazing team of experts working for the best interest of the patient ! after 41 years in the system this is the top of the line facility! I thank you

Was in a very depressed state so my attendance wasn’t the greatest so I showed up to an appointment and that’s when they told me they no longer wanted me as a patient. I feel like it was super wrong for them to know how bad I was doing and then just dropping me like that

I give western psychology a MINUS -10 worst place EVER!!! I saw Mr. Mike Terry. OMG he is the Worst!!! I poured my heart out only for him to talk about insurance acceptance and finances That was 5 WEEKS ago!!! I have not heard anything back from him. I left crying my eyes out. Good thing I'm not Suicidal!!!! Taking my issues elsewhere. THANKS FOR MAKING THINGS WORSE FOR ME.

Chris Browning and Beth Holloway are the absolute best team I have worked with in all my history of mental health therapy. They have been there for me at any given time and completely helped me work through everything when it come to my mental health. Chris has helped to figure out and point out things that I may need to work on or think about. Beth has helped me above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do. She completely research's any and all of my meds to make sure there are no interaction between any of my meds before prescribing them to me. If I feel that I need more help in a certain area of any of my mental health diagnosed problems we talk about it and she considers it and either says yes or no depending on the situation and what she feels and thinks is best and I have never had to doubt her decisions.
