Aaron B

Staff was kind and helpful. Laura was my physical therapist for pelvic floor tightness. To be fair, I thought it was a women's issue, I was wrong. Laura was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. Laura always asked about my whole body and mind, stress, other physical issues can all tighten that area. I have improved tremendously. The physical therapy aids were amazing, I had a few if them. I would name all of them if I could remember everyone. Thanks everyone at clinic.

I was referred to West Portland Physical Therapy for injuries related to an auto accident. The experience has exceeded my expectations. Both Chad and John who have been working with me are helpful at explaining what is happening to my body and the path to healing. The exercises and stretches along with insights to make them more effective are so helpful in my path to getting better. Thank you!

Caitlin Mell

Professional staff that make me feel heard and are flexible with scheduling and treatment plan.

Rosalind Marinou

They have been beyond fabulous for me. Patti Koehler & team have brought me back from crippling adhesions after 7 abdominal surgeries. Much gratitude.

Illiana Mai

I went in the mornings before school which was nice and the staff are friendly. I normally got a massage and then did some exercises and were assigned some to do at home. I think that the instructors could have been a bit more specific for the exercises because I was worried I was doing it wrong. I've never done PT before, but progress was slow. I guess that is how it is though. Overall, good place.

Will Reese

This clinic has been so dedicated to the improvement of my health and supportive throughout the process. The therapists work as a team and always bring positive and optimistic energy! Thank you!

Brad Miller

Excellent! I went to the clinic to rehab a full tear of my achilles tendon. I was referred specifically to Chad and he did not disappoint. They were analytical, comforting, collegial, strategic in my rehab. Chad took the lead and John helped with the stretching and exercises. Both of them were great guys, interested in me and helping me get better. They pushed me when needed pushing and were never reckless. Every appointment made progress and made me feel better. I am back to full activities 6 months after my achilles surgery thanks to the great staff at WPPTC. Highly recommend the team.

Laura Starke

Helped me immensely during a very tough period of my life. If you need Physical Therapy, this is a fantastic option. Also, in my experience, they have been very accepting and supportive of LGBTQ+ people!

On May 24th of 2018 I was in a vehicle accident, being hit from the rear. This accident caused me to have severe tension to my neck, upper back, shoulders and left groin. I was referred to the West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic for treatment. I received 10 deep message treatments for my injuries at this clinic. During each session, the Therapist who treated me were very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable in their treating of my physical condition. At the end of all my treatments I was able to get to feeling normal. I give the West Portland Physical Therapy and all who work there a five star rating. Just keep up the professional treatment that all of staff renders to their patients, your clinic will always be given a five star rating.

Sarah Munro

West Portland Physical Therapy deserves the highest rating! The professional care and attention of all the therapists and staff maximized the success of my recovery from surgery.

Laura Sakaguchi

Wonderful and friendly staff (both the therapists and the front office staff). They not only instructed you on what was needed, but they were truly interested in getting to know you. They helped me get back to "normal". The type of physical therapy needed was not something you would tell all your friends, but Kristie and Ann made me comfortable and relaxed. They helped relieve the pain and strengthen muscles aggravated from a recent surgery. I am truly thankful for their guidance and assistance in helping me feel healthy again.

Tracy Irwin

The therapy I received here enabled me to have a much better quality of life. Thank you Erynne and West Portland Physical Therapy! I can run, sneeze and cough without issues once again.

Galen Dickstein

Amy Werner was amazing and has helped me to heal fro childbirth and build my strength back up. All of the staff were always very friendly and I love coming it each time. I am constantly recommending you all for pelvic floor work!

Sonali Sampat

This was my first time getting physical therapy ever, and having internal pelvic floor physical therapy made me incredibly nervous/hesitant. Eryn made it so easy to feel comfortable and cared for. She is so great! She's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and is clearly an expert in her field. The staff at WPPT are absolutely phenomenal. The administrative staff are warm, attentive and genuinely caring people who seem to enjoy their work and care just as much about the patients as the physicians do. If you have any PT needs, then I hands down recommend West Portland Physical Therapy.

used this PT clinic several times always with excellent results - Patty Kohler - women's health - is fantastic....professional, personable, attentive.....and Kris Pullen - a new therapist as well as his assistant Shawna are both very good....The whole practice is top notch - clinic well located with parking and good public transportation access - well run office....

In January 2016, I jammed my shoulder as I prevented a fall on the ice. I thought it was just my sore shoulder aggravated from the impact, and tried to resolve the pain with ice & ibuprofen. Eventually I contacted my doctor and requested an exam and maybe physical therapy. Her assessment was a possible pulled muscle and physical therapy should resolve the issue. As a VA patient, I was referred to choose a 'civilian' provider since the wait time was more than 30 days. I did not do any research into physical therapists and just accepted which ever one they randomly selected for me. Boy was I lucky! I was referred to Chad at WPPTC who was very thorough with the initial exam. He didn't believe it was a pulled muscle, but rather a torn rotator cuff. Based on his assessment and report, the VA did X-rays and an MRI and confirmed his suspicions - it was a full-thickness tear of a rotator cuff tendon. I was scheduled for shoulder surgery (outside the VA again), and was allowed to return to Chad at WPPTC after the surgery. Chad's ability to understand anatomy and physiology and the healing process is incredible. I've talked with several other rotator cuff patients that never returned to 100% after therapy, but with Chad, his team, and all the awesome people at WPPTC, I eventually returned to full mobility. Unlike my experiences with other PTs (often referred to as 'physical tortures'), this place is incredible. If you're dreading physical therapy for whatever reason - go to WPPTC! I always enjoyed going, always greeted by name from staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable, and was 100% confident with what they did. I can't think of any reason I wouldn't give this place my sincere recommendation.

Monique Birt

My time at WPPT with Amanda and Lorelei was such a valuable, helpful and educational experience. The therapists are all incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I came away from my time there more empowered to do what I needed to care for myself, they didn’t try to rope me into endless appointments. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. They also have a lovely facility which is an added bonus!

Todd Davis

I have had the misfortune of doing business with Scott and the team 2 WPPT and found the to be rude and condescending. If that is how you like to be treated this is your PT. As for me I'll go else where from now on.

Cathy Bernatt

I have been going to WPPTC for 2 years plus following a massive car accident when I was hit by an 18 wheeler commercial drunk truck driver and should have died! I suffered a traumatic brain injury and lumbar spine and neck injuries. Last October, while still recovering from that, I was in an Uber vehicle as a passenger and was t-boned. I suffered a second traumatic brain injury and tore 4 tendons in my shoulder and had rotator cuff surgery 9 weeks ago. Sarah Terpin has been my PT from the beginning and Shay my main assistant PT and Emily, Loralee, Sean other assistants that have helped me along my journey. The front desk staff, Courtney, Tiffany and others whose names escape me just now are super welcoming and friendly everytime I come in and everytime I am leaving. The treatment and care is exceptional here! They work to customize your program and provide a rigorous home program. I credit much of my improvement and recovery to their incredible work with me along with many other practitioners and doctors outside WPPTC that I am grateful to! I would highly recommend this clinic and Sarah! I also saw Chad while Sarah was out on holiday and he was fantastic! And last year, I saw a pelvic floor therapist downstairs (whose name I forget just now) that was also phenomenal and helped with a complication from surgery following the 1st car accident.

Samantha Humphrey

My therapist was nice and I liked her until she moved. Have been dealing with a billing issue for months and cannot get the issue resolved no matter how many phone calls I make, no one ever calls me back with an answer.

Jean Duffett

My physical therapist and her assistant were an amazing team- efficient, comprehensive, and caring. I appreciated the different approaches to my back problems- all contributing to helping me manage my back better. Now if they could just address my rambunctious puppy......I should add that the clinic is conveniently located and open early. It made being there all the more pleasant.

Andrea MacMurchy

Their location is great - I work downtown and it was easy to stop over for an appointment during my lunch time - they have free parking and I could always get a spot! I saw a few different therapists to help me with my needs and they all were prompt, friendly and professional. I have a hard time remembering the exercises after I leave so I love their app which I can use when doing my exercises at home!

Janet Nero

Chad & Blake are a great team. They are very professional and knowledgeable

Liam Kelly

I had a bit of a rough time through my injuries but this group did an amazing job helping me get back to myself and go the right direction. I felt incredibly helped and would highly recommend anyone with issues see this team! Even if you need a bit of a commute they work hard and do what’s right for their clients.

Stephanie Mathis

I had been to a number of PTs and other medical providers for my injuries. Amy Werner was a miracle worker. The chronic pain I had been dealing with for a few years post child birth and car accident were completely healed. She's smart, compassionate, and capable. The staff are friendly and professional. Personable and gifted.

Sonya Durkin-Jones

Abigail is amazing - saw her for 5 weeks and my pelvic floor issues that I’d been suffering with for over 2 years were solved beyond belief!! I’m recommending WPPT and Abigail to all my friends. So glad I found her :)

paulomi chatterjee

I had a workers comp claim and my work sent me to their physical therapist through their affiliated urgent care. They rushed me to get back to work ASAP. After a reinjury I found West Portland and decided to try them instead. It was a night and day difference. I’m so impressed with the care and genuine concern over my progress. My health and pain management was the top priority always. Everyone was so knowledgeable and were able to create clear and consise plans for rehabilitation. I’m so happy with my progress and all the help West Portland provided!

Paul Wille

I was referred to WPPTC by my primary care physician for a shoulder injury that has bothered me for 7 years and progressed to a point of limited mobility and limited use in my normal day. Scheduling was super easy and the front desk was super flexible with my changing work calendar. I was assigned to Chris and Shay, both of which spent a considerable amount of time understanding the nature of my injury. They devised an at-home program for me and evaluated my progress each appointment. My program was adjusted based on changes to mobility and strength. They provided a personalized mobile app experience where my ongoing stretching and strengthening routine could be accessed and logged. Most important, their individualized attention and care for my rehabilitation was top notch. Now 2.5 months later I’m returning to normal exercise again. Extra bonus: WPPTC has free parking right in downtown and has extended hours (early morning and later evening). This group is fantastic. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for rehab or PT. Huge thanks!

Our pediatrician recommended seeing Kelsie A. McCaffrey PT, DPT, PCS at West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic for our 2 month old son. Kelsie received her training at NYU and has a specialized certification for pediatrics. Oh- and she is AWESOME!!! When she worked with our son, she did so effortlessly- with such care, expertise, and compassion. She provided us with great reassurance, validation, and support. All instructions were given clearly verbally and followed by a written report that we could refer to at home. A huge bonus was also meeting another member of their team, Jennifer T. Field PT, DPT. We witnessed wonderful collaboration and communication between both of these physical therapists. And we greatly benefited from Kelsie mentoring Jen, as our appointment became less diagnostic, and more educational. A heartfelt THANK YOU to both Kelsie and Jen for their benevolence, professionalism, and competency. Tips: -There is a dedicated parking lot, but it is tight. Smaller the car, the better. Public transportation probably best. -Small waiting room, so if you have more than one kid or are in a lot of discomfort, you may want to ask if they have a spare room available to wait in. -No diaper changing station in the bathrooms, but staff allowed us to use a spare room for this as well. Just ask the front desk!

At the beginning of 2017, I had a back problem. I was suffering through it when somebody finally convinced me to go to physical therapy. I didn't have high hopes, but I made an appointment at WPPTC and was assigned to Chad as my PT. He took a lot of time with me to understand exactly what was happening with my back. After that he did some manual manipulation and gave me stretches to do. I saw him a week after that for more manipulation and stretching. By the third week, my back pain was totally gone. I was thrilled with my results. In the spring time, I developed a problem with my hip and I promptly went back to WPPTC. This time seeing Amy as my PT. She is great. Just like Chad, the first time she saw me she really took a lot of time to get to understand my issue. Her manual manipulation techniques were great and provided a great deal of relief. I've been seeing her for 8 weeks now and I'm happy with the results. One thing I really appreciate about the physical therapists I've worked with is how much they really care about me. They start each session going over where I started and charting the progress I've made. I really appreciate this sort of hands on attention and I'm seeing results. I highly recommend WPPTC. Everyone from the front desk to the physical therapists have been great.

Sarah Terpin and the aides at WPPTC were kind, patient, and supportive. I love this clinic - the staff are professional, the clinic is well run and clean, the equipment is outstanding. I injured my shoulder and they worked with me for 6 months to get back to pre-injury strength and range of motion. I can once again rock climb and dance, pain free, and just as good as before. I highly recommend it!

Brittany Train

I saw Amanda and her team to help with discomforts after pregnancy. After only 4 sessions my symptoms improved greatly. I highly recommend West Portland PT to anyone needing a little tlc during and after pregnancy! Quick and excellent service with clean and tidy facilities!

Allison Pflaum

I was referred to WPPT for pelvic floor instability following child birth. Not knowing what to expect when I arrived, I was greeted by Abby Richards, DPT, who walked me through everything. Abby was professional and made what could have been an extremely awkward appointment less intimidating and daunting. Abby was knowledgable and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, which enabled me to successfully complete the assigned exercises both in office and at home. In addition to Abby, I also had the opportunity to work with Blake, PTA, who was also fantastic. Blake helped me with the mechanics of different exercises to help strengthen my pelvic floor and did so in a way that was both professional and respectful. Lastly, the clinic itself was extremely clean, had various equipment available to aid in different exercises (foam rollers, resistance bands, etc.), and the staff were always on time for the appointments. I would definitely recommend WPPT to anyone who may be in need of physical therapy, and more specifically, pelvic floor instability.

Aaron Marineau

The whole staff is welcoming and great to work with. Not only did they help me recover but were encouraging and a joy to be around. From the front desk to getting help from Jennifer and Sean, I would (hopefully not have to but) definitely come back again

Jean Payton

Great staff and facilities! I experienced a lateral patella dislocation and sprained MCL; this resulted in my orthopedist prescribing 1 week of immobilization and 5 weeks confined to a large metal brace (t-scope). Needless to say my active lifestyle withered up with my muscles. In one week, Christine and staff have helped me go from 75-78 degrees flexion to 105. Highly recommend!

Mary Svela

The customized programs provided by the expert physical therapists at West Portland Physical Therapy help you maximize the time and effort you spend with them. They listen, demonstrate, monitor your progress and produce outstanding results.

Jennie Clute

Received very professional help from Eryn. All the staff were helpful and nice to have off street parking

Sarah Shively

I worked with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Specialist Amanda Land for a year and half. She and her support staff are top drawer. From the reception staff to the other PTs, I always felt welcome, that my concerns were heard and taken seriously and that my healing journey need not be a lonely one. They hung in there with me through the ups and downs of my recovery and offered both hands-on care and home exercises to strengthen muscles and help me return to everyday living. It can be difficult to find someone who understands the specific care needed for postpartum Injuries. I highly recommend West Portland Physical Therapy and Amanda Land for these concerns.

Ahmad Stanford

I honestly had an excellent experience here at West Portland PT clinic, they were very friendly, nice, caring and there for me. Within my appointments they became a second family and I really appreciate everything they did for me and it was very hard to leave after my last appointment thank you so much for being there for me

Mary Fifield

I've now visited West Portland Physical Therapy for two separate issues and have had wonderful results both times. As a self-pay client, I appreciate the therapists' efforts to help me heal myself with supportive exercises and an appropriate amount of follow up. Holly managed to help me see a drastic improvement in a ham string injury in just two visits. Receptionists and support staff are courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

Ann Dee

I had chosen West Portland PT Clinic for 2 reasons - it was recommended by my doc and it's very close to where I work. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. Christine was great to work with, adding to my repertoire of stretches/exercises gradually, so my IT band- knee issue was resolving without re-injury. I was able to easily book appointments that fit into my schedule. And using mass transit exclusively, it was very accessible being on the Max line and also the 15 bus route.

Toni Anderson

This clinic has it all - from its professional, skilled staff to the beautiful, clean facility. I've worked with Patty over the years and she has always taken great care of me. She quickly zeros in on the exact source of the problem and then gets to work. Her instructions and advice are clear, and her upbeat personality helps me stay true to my prescribed exercises. Extra bonus: free parking in their lot!

holly engelgau

we saw Amanda for my daughter’s bowel issues. Amanda’s gentle and fun guidance and easy exercises helped my daughter gain confidence and greatly reduced her fear of going potty. We loved the easy access to free parking and the front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. We were respected and well taken care of at West Portland Physical Therapy and we definitely recommend it!

Kimberly Casey

After being rear ended by a semi last January I followed my doctor's referral and sought physical therapy at West Portland PT. Wonderful practice! Conveniently located downtown with a patient parking lot. Also, right on the max line at the Providence Park stop. The therapists are always right on time - no extra waiting! I saw Patti Koehler and she was wonderful; treating my whole body - enabling me to manage the pain through relaxation techniques, trigger point work, and an excellent home exercise program that allowed me to return to pre-MVA status. I thought dealing with an MVA would be a giant hassle, but the team at WPPT was able to verify benefits, take care of the billing and their encouragement each visit allowed me to be able to focus on getting healthy. Highly recommend this team to everyone looking for a physical therapy clinic that puts the patient first!

Angela Bennett

I have now seen two therapists and two PTAs at West Portland Physical Therapy, and it is clear that the clinic hires the best of the best, with patient care being their number one priority. Most recently I worked with Abby and her assistant Blake. I felt totally supported, heard, and like my results really mattered to them. I am sincerely grateful for this clinic and their providers and would recommend them to anyone, but specifically postpartum mothers. Thank you, WPPTC!

Sophie Lippert

I was lucky enough to work with Sarah Terpin while recovering from foot surgery. Sarah was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, caring and personable, quick-witted and diligent. I truly felt valued and respected as a person, rather than just a patient, and despite the inevitable physical discomfort, I really enjoyed our sessions. Overall, I found WPPTC very professional, with many kind and friendly staff members and administrative employees. There were a few small snafus related to billing insurance, but I understand this is a part of the challenge of running a business of this type.

Dan Machuca

I came to WPPTC to rehab a torn ACL and meniscus. Chad Volk, my therapist, did an amazing job on the rehab! The PTA's are all great as well! This clinic has a great healing environment and my ACL reconstructed knee is now stronger than my unhurt knee. Update: I also recently rehabbed a broken wrist here with Christine Krueger and rehab went amazing and my doctor was very pleased with how ahead of schedule my recovery was

Chani Daly Welle

First experience with PT, and I loved every minute! They are amazing and so so friendly.

Michael McCoy

Had a great experience. The space was clean and neat, and the staff could not have been nicer. They helped me recover quickly from my injury.

Jordan Cundari

Exceptional staff. Everyone is extremely positive and LISTENS to what your goals are. Jen is a tremendous PT and helped me find a solution to my ailing knee problems. Thank you West Portland PT!

Yvette Maranowski

My doctor at West Portland Physical Therapy changed my life! She coached me through the complicated, multi-factorial physical therapy that I needed in the best way possible. She took the time to address things with a fine toothed comb, and without throwing a ton of homework on me which may have overwhelmed and compromised me and would have been a medically inaccurate choice. A lazy doctor who is not interested in individual treatment may do that. My doctor really came through, though, and everything she did was right on the mark. In my homework, I had gross failures due to my PTSD, but the quality of the therapy was so fantastic that I finished the program early nonetheless. The therapy I received should be the model for all people with the same challenges I have. I am the most grateful person on the planet for somehow finding my doctor at West Portland Physical Therapy. The front desk staff were wonderful, too, they helped me with everything I needed help with and ran things like a smooth sailing ship at the front. West Portland Physical Therapy is a fantastic clinic and I encourage people to go there if they're considering it.

Robin Cusack

The staff and therapists truly cared about my experience and recovery.

bizila2008

I came in with painful sciatica issues related to my pregnancy and Eryn and Sandie and their whole team helped me manage it. I feel better now and am able to walk and I thank you all for that!

Stephanie Strange

I had a bad experience here. I have a chronic back condition that I've been treated for for more than 15 years. I was referred by my physician to this clinic because it was supposed to be the best. During my appointment my physical therapist didn't take into account the fact that I had already been doing all of the basic exercises that she was giving me. I explained several times that I already knew, and did the exercises. I was hoping for that much money ($170 for an hour after insurance) that they would be able to show me something new. The exercises she gave me, and the information sheets explaining the exercises was EXACTLY the same as very first appointment I'd had in 2002. It looked like a print of from a google search. I was polite but insistent when I explained this, but instead of responding with new exercises and stretches or referring me to someone who could help, she tried to get me to come back twice a week for an unspecified amount of time. The therapist called me 6 times to reschedule, and when I explained to her clearly and politely, again, that she wasn't helpful and that I didn't feel like she had listened to me, she still pushed for two appointments a week. I can't speak to the other therapists besides my own, but based on my experience, this was a place that was not helpful. Since then I've seen a physical therapist at a different business who recognized immediately that strength was not my problem and discussed options like new developments in regenerative medicine.

Nikki Sexton

Dana Solge and her team were so friendly and caring. They really honed in on what my issue was and helped with exercises so I could practice at home with their app - this is so helpful and motivating. I'm not a fan of going back to dr.s and after two sessions I was good to go! Thank you, Dana and team!

Vincent Gonzales

I was recommended to the West Portland Physical Therapy by my doctor. From my first time to my last visit I have nothing but positive visits. My team of Amanda and Lorelei were a great combination of knowledgeable and caring individuals. They gave me the proper tools and encouragement I needed to help me keep working to get the results I needed. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend West Portland Physical Therapy. Thank you, Amanda and Lorelei, Vince Gonzales

Dan Brunner

I was very impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness I experienced at West Portland. I couldn't have asked for more. Patty was tops.

Ozzie ALL

Really friendly staff very welcoming and nice in person and over the phone, the physical therapists really know what they are doing and try their best to help. I would recommend it to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Lucy Stevens

My physical therapists, Abby and Kyla, were absolutely amazing! Very thankful to have found these two very knowledgeable, compassionate women at this clinic, and very happy with my treatment. Their program was comprehensive, including at home exercises that not only targeted the area I’ve been having issues with, but also on strengthening and reducing tension throughout my entire body, which was very helpful. For women (or men) who are suffering from pelvic floor issues but are nervous/unsure about seeking treatment, I can’t explain how validating it is to have these issues recognized and addressed in such a professional manner! I highly recommend this clinic.

Alivia Kent

I've been coming here since April of 2017, I first had to start coming because of a work related injury. Of shoulder and later my lower back. My first time of PT I worked with Amanda Land and then when I reaargravatied my injury I work with Kelsey Ganshert. Both therapist pushed me hard to get back on track so I could get back to working regularly. I loved coming to my appointments and being able to catch up with them and just have someone to talk to during an appointments about our lives is hella coo. you know it's not that awkward small talk. It was some real conversations. Also the front desk staff I love them they're so sweet they welcome you by name, also I have to bring my daughter to appointments at time's and it just makes the appointment a little better because they instantly grew to love her and the times when I don't bring her they all ask about her and where's she at then, tells me to her HI! now that's just straight awesome. Everyone in this office is chill and I love my therapist I had two of them Amanda Land and Kelsey Ganshert such amazing ladies I adore you both!

Smokey Shikokoo

For two years I believed I had a torn meniscus in my knee, options are surgery or live with pain/limitations. After an evaluation and treatment by Chad Volk and John Artuso they said it looked more like tension. I did their exercises for TWO DAYS and sat cross-legged for the first time in TWO YEARS! I definitely recommend them! Prior PT focused on foot and ankle, missed the knee tension altogether. Thank you, Chad and John!

Dale Cody

WPPTC is fantastic! They got to the root of my problem right away and prescribed a series of exercises I could do at home that fixed it in only a few visits. I was suffering from vertigo brought on by inner ear (vestibular) issues and am now totally asymptomatic. So relieved!! My PT Lena was extremely professional and competent. She answered all my questions in detail and made the whole process a joy. Their facility and staff are first rate and I can't say enough good things about them.

Caitlin Fernhoff

Excellent physical therapy clinic! I saw Eryn Kirschbaum for pelvic floor PT and she was incredible, so thorough and helpful. I'm back to my pre-baby self! The staff and PT assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Joan Snyder

Have really appreciated the care and coaching from Amanda and Lorelei--friendly, SO knowledgeable, and good educators to help me build strength and habits so I feel better.

Nicole Borrayo

This Clinic is spotless and the decor is comfortable and soothing. The staff are so efficient and friendly, from the front desk, to the therapists. Patty and Andy took great care of me, and made me feel comfortable and heard, and never hurried through. Thank you!!

Laura Lampton Scott

Greatest staff, efficient, billing accurate. Loved working with Amy and Eva: wonderful, dedicated people.

Alan Ames

I've been going to West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic for a variety of issues over the years. Each time I am more than satisfied with every therapist I work w/ as well as the assistants. I have popped into the clinic often w/o an appointment to ask a question and am always treated w/ respect and get my questions answered. I highly recommend this clinic!!

Tommy Mo

I started going to West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic using crutches. I left there being able to run. Sarah and Shay whipped me into shape after getting hit by a truck. They were a big part of the healing process. Every session the strength and flexibility was coming back to my knee. I was very happy with my results.

Tara McDonough

I was referred to West Portland Physical Therapy Clinic by my primary care doctor and I can see why- the care and attention I received there was truly great. From front desk, scheduling, working with insurance and then the PT team. All of my questions were answered, I knew why certain exercises were recommended and the end goal. There was also a great app that I could use to refer back for clarification on exercises I needed to work on in between appointments.

Sylvia Gagne

Why did I limp for two months before I went to see a therapist? She correctly diagnosed my problem in about twenty minutes. I was impressed. She clearly knew what she was doing. Many thanks!

Patty pandzik

Over the years, I have been to several PT clinics and this is the best. The office staff is courteous and efficient and my therapist was the best I've ever seen. Her assistant was consummate in explaining the exercises & watching as I performed them so they were perfect. An outstanding clinic all round.

Tamela Cantor

So far first visit was very good! Crashed on my bicycle and a friend told me that cold laser therapy could really help with the deep bruising and it did! Got a couple of other modalities as well and I'm able to bend my leg now and put weight on it. Person who answered the phone didn't know what cold laser therapy was. That was the only thing that wasn't awesome.
