Phone goes directly to VM with a terse message to leave your phone number twice and they will call you back in one to two business days. I left 2 messages (repeating my phone number twice) and waited 3 days with no call back. I don't want to do business with, much less enter a therapeutic relationship with, someone who doesn't return calls. Unprofessional. I reported the problem to my referring provider.

This clinic saved my daughters life. We have been to inpatient programs for OCD and anxiety all over the nation. When we started working with Dr. Davidson our daughter was refusing to go to school because her OCD was so bad. She just graduated from College and was accepted to medical school! Outstanding care and the best doctors!

Very poorly run ( the person you initially get on the phone is exceptionally unhelpful, for example), but has some solid clinical staff

How can I ever thank Portland Anxiety Clinic enough! The care and encouragement I received from my doctor was more than I could have ever expected. I literally can just cry as I am a sentimental person filled with so much emotion and gratefulness! God truly blessed me with the most gifted and professional doctor ever! Thank you Dr. Markel so very much!!!! My only complaint is having to leave this clinic when my treatment is done. I sure will miss this place, the help I received and my doctor!
