THIS AGENCY IS ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!! Please if you are seeking a neutral party for reunification counseling please steer clear of this agency. I am absolutely disgusted with the outcome of this agency and the unprofessional-ism. I have received numerous phone calls past 8pm from the counselor as well as emails as late as 1am. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences of my life. On multiple occasions while sitting in the lobby I have over heard the receptionist making personal phone calls looking for rides to and from work using vulgar language. Our second appointment there after the third F word from her I let my child play a game on my phone just to distract them so maybe they wouldn't hear. I can't believe what a disappointment this experience has been.

The psychiatrist that I worked with was cold and unapproachable. They lost important documents and artwork that I trusted them with and their office staff was rude and refused to look for my documents, saying that I took them home, but I know I did not. They also refused to add in documents for review when I discovered that the other side, who was supposed to provide all court documents, left out several key documents. I will be filing contempt in court and for the court to order review of these documents. Don't take a chance by going here. I recommend Dr. Kirk Johnson who did my daughter's evaluation and was so much more approachable and understanding.

Please if you have any other option DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS AGENCY. The counselor that we have been dealing with is one of the most disorganized unprepared "professional" I have ever had to deal with. Very manipulative and extremely bias. I am so disappointed with this entire experience. I have received multiple phone calls well past professional hours. I'm talking 8:30pm -9pm absolutely inappropriate! I've sat with the counselor and expressed my concerns each time they have fallen on deaf ears. I've tried to contact the owner and the manager of the agency on multiple occasions and have not received one phone call back. Please there are plenty of other agencies to work with chose one of them.
